He ACTUALLY encourages his tenants to Build in the empty spaces:

THIS way he gets AROUND, AKA, Breaks the law, Zoning, building regulations etc....gets around getting BUILDING Permits!!!

So, he ILLEGALLY gives people Commercial Leases, and then encourages them to LIVE there. AND to build the spaces INTO fully functional residential, spaces..... Then he kicks people out... using the COMMERCIAL LEASE AS AN EXCUSE...

WE ARE SUING HIM.

Go and knock on any of the DOORS in this building....
See the NICE cozy homes people have built for them selves ....in their COMMERCIAL SPACES!!!!!

he USES these people to profit off of.....

he considers, the TENANTS people who are BENEATH HIM, who will PUT UP WITH ANYTHING BECAUSE THEY ARE POOR!!!!!

Well, Maybe Mike Piazza should try another way to profit, NOT trying to BLACKMAIL people by sexually offering $ or RENT for SEX with Tenants....

Maybe, if he does have a DRUG ADDICTION, he should find another way to support it.
