IndyMac Bank will not work with anyone concerning the foreclosure of our home. We have been trying to get a loan mod for over 3 years and still nothing.
We hired a mortgage litigation service to step in as a 3rd party because IndyMac would not work with us. We have done everything they have asked of us and still to no avail.
We have a sale date for 8-7-09 and IndyMac will not budge on working with us. They want $35,0000.00 in order to stop the sale date. If we had that kind of money we wouldn't need a modification.
We have made payments and IndyMac has sent them back. They want money but they don't want money. I don't understand what they want.
Has this happened to anyone else concerning IndyMac Bank? Can you post the outcome, please! I don't want to lose my home!

IndyMac Bank has set a sale date as stated above. The problem is that we cannot stop the sale date now because they say it's within 30 days of the sale date.
We did not receive the notice until 3 weeks before the sale date. They did this on purpose so we couldn't stop the sale date! This is not notifying us within a timely manner and is bad mortgage practice on their part.
Does anyone have a solution to this serious problem? Help Please!!!
