I thought I will avoid hotel fees for my phone calls. I paid more for using a phone booth. I saw a number in the phone booth telling to dial them to call collect, I called twice, for less than 5 minutes each call. I was in France and I called to be sure I will be welcome in Seattle

Big surprise My phone bill which is usually 39.00$ was 219.78.I could not believe it. I was charged 180.00$ to call collect. I was furious

I called the company twice. I was told that they will deduct 48.00 $ if I paid the full bill. The amount they will deduct will reach me between 30 and 60 days

I called Verizon. They refuse to pay anything and they did not care if I cancel my service with them!
