ImageMixer.net Sold illegal software Toronto Ontario

I bought from ImageMixer Nik Color Efex 3.0 for Capture NX. Then I tried to register it on Nik Software web page (Nik Software is owner ofthe mentioned program) but I couldn't. When I contacted Nik software they told me that the serial number is illegal and the company ImageMixer is not authorised to sell their software.
