This week this company showed up on my clean credit report after we just moved into our 1st home. I spoke to a Oklahoma City process server and she told me that their office is comprised of a bunch of 20 something brats that are underpaid and basically told to lie, cheat and do what they can to scare consumers into paying.
Long story short, I have a claim suit for $5000 in place for them (already served court summons) to appear in Wyoming court to adress 4 counts of FCRA and 4 counts of FDCPA violations along with collection badgering, refusal to valdate, failure to furnish a dunning letter, illegal collection actions (cursing, threatening to garnish wages without a court order, and more...).
Capital Assistance Group is the internal company for BMG music INC that they are working with on a 2004 debt that is not mine. Funny thing is that Capital AG contacted me Friday very apologetic and said they were sending out a fraud affidavit for me to fill out and to get it closed and removed from my credit reports (after NCS was served...hmmmm).
I told him that I would look over the emailed affidavit once sent and send it back if it was reasonable. No affidavit yet. I told him I am still pressing charges in claim court against NCS. They are scared and have to show up Feb 9th at 1:30pm in Wyoming to present their case. We're all set. We have a copy of the FCRA and FDCPA along with factual information in regards to this company to show the judge on a alleged $208 dollar debt.
Some of the violations are FCRA 623(a)(7), FCRA 623(a)(5), FDCPA section 809, etc.... After we win this, we are pressing federal court charges up to $10,000 against both companies each in federal court. We will use the money to pay any debts (pay of my car and some credit cards) to be fully debt free. So don't give up. We are about to nail them hard.
I will then will most likely make a trip to OK City to see the shithole myself sometime. We both have the time and resources to bring NCS to its kneees and we are working with my lovely parent's legal staff to bankrupt this higly corrupt company. They kept biting at consumer and bit one that HAS the time and dedication to see them ruined and push them out of their own front and back doors to poverty.
I am opening up a website dedicated to slamming bad collection companies. I will post this as soon as I can about this. Stay strong and never give in to wrong and unlawful companies..

Credit Reports-Collections-FRAUDS!
AUTHOR: MiddleClass1stLady - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Saturday, October 13, 2012
I'm personally very sick of the Rich robbing Peter to Pay Paul so they can return to their mansions that I'm sure was paid for by the very principal and interest 90% of the American people paid for thinking it was for their own mortgage payment.... Now to screw with their credit to try and back Americans into a corner... But credit doesn't matter people. It matters to us, not the US banks. They just look for the quickest and easiest way to get the biggest bang for YOUR bucks. Get greedy you l o s e!
I have several years of collection experience having personally worked for 3 very large banks in their collections department and I'm well aware of just how the banks report to the credit reporting agency in this industry and handles things when their own accounts turn upside down because MOST (not all) banks and Wall Street junkies live to gamble others money, other people's good names and personally destroy other people's credit if their bet falls s h o r t. Bob.... Seriously??? You know darn well that it is all a you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours.... Maybe if you're lucky world you roll in. WAKE UP AMERICA!!! Banks sale debt to posers... That's right illegally changing the dates of debt and making up account information in your name... But Bob isn't paying the price for your SCORE... YOU ARE.
Freedom of speech, Freedom of Truth, Make these people PROVE that these debts are yours! Bob... I've got a SCORE -middle- of 794.... Not the highest as I know y'all like to look at the middle ALWAYS... I've got discrepancies on my report from 2004 effecting my SCORE that are lies. Obama bailed out the banks to HELP the American people who are paying their bills! READ the public court dockets Bobby. The banks screwed up by telling millions of people lies about just what kind of an FHA loan they have and the pool it would drown in!!!

NCS Litigation- FDCPA violations
AUTHOR: robertpatrick729 - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Saturday, August 04, 2012
I have found that NCS Litigation is a fraudulent company who is unable to verify or confirm my debt and I unknowingly ended up paying them for a debt I thought I was resolving. This company has been reported to the Oregon Attorney General and FBI Collection scams/cyber crimes division. Please use caution when dealing with this company and do not let the scare tactic of missed court dates, criminal charges and the like force you into paying something. Per FDCPA regs the tactics they employ are criminal in nature. ALWAYS get the debt verified in writing before dealing with ANY company. I will update on any court charges brought against this agency/scam company.

Movie Gallery Collections Lawsuit
AUTHOR: Taz - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, February 01, 2011
I too got 2 letter from NCS this week demanding $125 each. I was shocked that a company can report to the credit agency (Experian) before even attempting to contact the customer.
I had a 780+ credit score before and was planning to buy a house , but doubt that a bank will be forgiving of the 680 score I am left with. Experian has refused to remove the collection.
I tried calling them today but they are closed due to bad weather.
Thank god someone agrees and this company is being sued by the Montana Attorney General.
Here is proof of the lawsuit:
http://www.doj.mt.gov/consumer/lawsuit/complaint.pdf
I am in Florida and plan to write to the Florida Attorney General.
Don't agree to pay if you don't own the debt, file a report with you State Attorney General.

another lawsuit against Naional Credit Solutions
AUTHOR: mtgrl - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, January 27, 2011
I like so many others learned about National Credit Solutions when checking my credit report. They apparently have a columbia house account from me. I do not recall ever signing up with columbia house and if i did it was over 10 years ago when i was still in high school. same story as so many others- no written notice was ever sent and wasn't able to dispute the validity of this debt.
In a happy coincidence I was searching them on google and found that the Montana state attorney generals office has filed a lawsuit against them. ApparentlyNational Credit Solutions had bought all of the charge-offs fromHollywood Video and Movie Gallery when they closed. People all over the state are findingdebts on theircredit reports because of so called late movie fees.
Over 12,000 people here are affected by this. The lawsuit claims that National Credit Solutions filed negative credit reports without notice, never gavecustomers a chance to dispute, and then charged them as much as$300. pretty expensive movie!
I have now contacted the attorney general's office to inform them that this company has done the same to "former customers" of BMG Music and Columbia House. Hopefully the lawsuit can be expanded to include all of those people.
Montana wants an injunction against National Credit Solutions, restitution to the customers, and a $10,000 fine for each violation.
I wonder if Bob has heard about this lawsuit!
I urge all of you who have had problems with this company to file a complaint withyour states attorney general. Do not pay them and dispute the validity of the debt. Hopefully with enoughlawsuits, National Credit Solutions will be forced to close for good.

BOB if your company is so good then WHYso many complants? Not just on this site but two others with same post and different people!
NCS distroyed my good credit and they do not care! I lost a house cause of the claim I owe $145 for one CD!! I got a call from the VA that my loan would not go cause of a collection by NCS....
The address BOB you say is mine is not MINE and never was! But your people said they do not care and said pay or it wont be removed!
Well I have filed a report and time will tell who wins on this sham!
Sad today what one company can do to a Veteran who served his country to come home to a fake bill on his credit report and lost a home loan cause of a company that does not care or send out bills just post it to there credit even if it is not his!
I will fight this as I did in war.....I will not give up BOB or who ever you are!

NCS BGM In The Same BED

SUBMITTED: Wednesday, June 09, 2010
I have been taken for also by NCS and I am not giving up as they said just pay the $122 and we will take care of your bill and remove it from my CREDIT REPORT!!
I have always paid my bills I am a USA Veteran now retired and on a fixed income and 100% disabled - I have never bought CD'S from any one but Wal Mart or Best Buy as they are cheaper and never new of BMG - But they got my name and wrong address and say it's me! NCS you are dead wrong and I also have sent two letters asking for proof I owe you any money for a past bill - Waiting on lettes as of 6/9/2010 -
I think is sad for me for a company to lie and tell me I buy and bought CD'S and to do this to a Veteran when he is down - Any one I have talked to at NCS says it's you pay the bill end of call - I have filed a report with Experian - BBB in Oklahoma and AGO yes also in Oklahoma where I live - Federal Trade office US Gov.
My Credit score went from 743 t0 600 and droping and now I can't get the house I was to get cause of this sham! I lost my earnest money and now on hold as a credit risk thanks to NCS in Oklahoma city.
I am very upset and what i have worked for is now gone over a company who loves to distrioy credit and use names and address to say it's ME or YOU:
If this company as BOB says is so good??? WHY so many complaints??? WHY so many so called fake BMG problems??? somthing is up as my banker said somthing is just not right or left in NCS..
I do not have tons of money to fight but I will not pay what is not mine!
National credit solutions is not good and you can't get any one to listen YOU are wrong they are right so I ended calling as it's a wast of time but I do live close by???
We need help and to pull this to a Veteran is down right dirty!

Bob Really?? Which lawsuit will you like to see? Therere so many of them
AUTHOR: E Santana - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, January 19, 2010
To begin which, National Credit Solutions, LLC has been sued many times. My lawyer found so many cases in the federal court. They have been sued for Defamation, Violations of Fair Credit Reporting Act, Violation of Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and the Consumer Sales Protection Act. That just in federal court, just image what is in the state courts. Court records are public records, just go to (((Redacted))), you can see the court records. NCS does not listen. They are so hard-headed!! How many Notice of Removal has judges ordered against NCS? And NCS still does not listen to ppl. PPL if the account is not yours and they dont remove it, sued them for defamation and slander. I just called my lawyer to draft papers; Im done working with this phony business. Oh NCS will see the proof in court! NCS just had to pay a plaintiff $15,000 in punitive damages and $25,000 in reimbursement in attorneys fees.
Oh youre here to help, lair, I just had a very interesting talk with Michelle. She had the nerve to ask me for my SSN, why do you have my SSN? This is a mail order service. You have my SSN but not a signed contract? Something does not sound right about that. In court, I would love see how they explain how they got my SSN in court. I just called and asked to speak to Bob Anderson; Michelle said you do not take calls. She just yelled at me when I asked to speak to Blake Taylor and put Zoe on the phone. Zoe said Blake Taylor was not at work today. Wait a second, Michelle said shes in a meeting... So Bob,
Bob are you a ghost? Do you even exist? All records we found go to Jerry and Brett Evans, even Irvin B. in
I have contacted Direct Brands, the so call original creditor, and they said they did not have any account for me. So I just wonder where did this come from?
The way it was explained to me is NCS are scammers; they pay Experian a monthly fee to report this info to your report. NCS know ppl pull their credit when they plan on making major purchases and thats when they get you. You need to clear your credit for a better rate, so you hurry up and pay to have your credit clean.
So Bob the Ghost, since the many lawsuit NCS has lost and the ones pending is not enough, ur about to see mine!!! I do plan on pressing criminal charges as well!!!

Dude Bob, you just suck. I don't have to proove anything. Court records ARE open to the public. I love beating you down man. I am not under attack by you or your company. I love getting the constant letters that flood my site's inbox and read them each day (300+ in 6 months) from consumers that can show that you violated their rights. I enjoy watching people rip your bad company to shreds each day. You don't like me Bob, get my IP address and sue me....or you can try to again...and loose....AGAIN. HA HA HA. Better yet, kiss my left and right cheek. Face is off limits...get it. I am NOT afraid of a snibbling little piece of dog dung that believes that he can ridicule th American people and then file bankruptcy to avoid the heavy amount of money him and his company owe people and his vendors. What was that Bob...did you say do as I say, not as I do.? Oh yes. I have done my homework on you little man. You are not my only target. This site is called ripoff report and people have the right to say their peace about your company and any other that have done them wrong. Your compnay is on Bud Hibbs top list of bad collection companies. I love Bud Hibbs. He insipred me and other to do what we do. Fight for the American way of life. I am not saying collction companies are bad. By no means. In fact I know several that abide by the FCRA and FDCPA. Its just that yours continually and flagrantly steps on these consumer protection laws thinking that you are any better. You would not be responding to me on these posts and others if you were not scared. ome get me BOB!!! I double dare ya!! I stepped on you and squashed you like a bug before, happy to take my toes and smear your face in it a bit more. Until then, complain all you want babes. I am on you like white on rice baby. Uh oh..I think Bob just wet his jockeys again. People: This man is NOT your friend. I have talked to him personally. He is good at trying to manipulate people and his company is no different. Don't be scared of a mouse. He is vermin and can be eradicated. your toxic spray is your human and consumer rights enacted by the United States Supreme Court. Treat others as you would have them treat you and you will be rewarded. Bob missed this lesson in Kindergarten. Good luck Bob.....I'm a waiting.... :-)

Put you major win on your website for all to see.... The fact is we report what others send to us. Collectors just have one of those jobs. Everyone hates and yells at them for doing their job. I'm sure everyone that complains about collection agencies, also dislike police officers. I bet every complainer has issues with their bosses. Please, remember that we have a job to complete and a client that want results. These names, addresses, and SS # were not made up by us. We are the middle guys. This is the equivalent to shooting the messenger. Our job is to make you aware of something that is out there with your name on it. You may or may not want to take care of it, but that is up to you. You don't have to speak with us if you don't want to. You are all welcome to call in and speak with me about your concern, and I will be more than happy to speak with you. Just give us a chance to work it out with you. If it was fraud, then we can help you. We are very serious when it comes to fraud. You need to understand that fraud not only affects you but us as well. Angry rants on a website doesn't help you with our office, but calling in with your complaint does. Ask for Bob Anderson or Blake Taylor. Just, please, be truthful in these blogs. A company can get your IP from this website. Your IP is personal to only you. Everyone seems to be so hung up on the fact that my name might be something else. I'm not hiding behind a name like "wyoguy." I'm not hiding behind a name and saying things that I can't back up.

I'm an executive myself and love the fact that I do not serve a company that fosters illegal activity towards consumer rights.

Remember the guy from Cheyenne. Yeah. I bet you do. Until YOUR company does good business....I will attack you in every legal way possible. I dare you to come at me. Visit my consumer protection website sometime. Your collection agency public enemy #1 on my site. Hey, my picture is on there....see the face of your doom. It is because in the last 3 months I have received 82 complaint emails about your company where your company clearly violated FCRA and FDCPA laws like you did with me. I am a pissed off citizen (as my bio on my site reads) that will see your company bankrupt for bad business. I can and will make it happen. You have money, and so do I. I am putting my own money up to see that American's never get trampled on for incorrect debt placed against them. Even if the debt it is correct, your company is noted numerous times on mine and Bud Hibb's (lawyer) website for threatening and verbally attacking people on the phone. Your unwillingness to listen to anything but where someone should send their checks to your company is negligent on your part. I think you've been a naught boy, so on my website I will give your company a lump of hot coal. I would advise you strongly the following. Sell, sell, sell your company and open a doughnut or book store. Be associated with providing customers with something better than hate and screwing with their personal lives. The more letters I get from consumers, I will continue to post them on my consumer protection website. Email me for details. One Nation Unites against bad business and corruption. For every post you reply to here, I will be there to follow up with the comsumer that you slander and report back. That my friend is a promise. Smell you later.

Show me the lawsuit.. It doesn't exist
AUTHOR: Bob anderson - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, December 16, 2009
Show me the lawsuit. It doesn't exist. Collection agencies are beginning to fight back. You see, Americans are fed up with high interest rates and a failing economy. We simply can't let individuals wreck our country like this. Obama and the democrats have said many times that the credit card companies and banks are at fault for lending people money. What!!!!! I haven't heard anyone say that stores are at fault for putting clothing, cd's, food, and electronics out for people to try and take without paying for them. I'm confused? When did we as a society begin to accept thieves has heroes. Everyone in America couldn't believe what Bernie Madoff took from all those people, but we can stand for consumers not paying back billions of dollars. This makes your interest rates skyrocket, and your taxes will go up because we had to bail out the banks (Yes, Obama bailed out the big bad banks) where consumers were defaulting on their loans. I do believe that Americans go through hardships. Banks and collection agencies have been working out smaller payment plans to help with these trying times, but to have the American public attack the industry is just plain nuts. What if your neighbor walked into your house and took some CD's and some silverware. YOU WOULD CALL THE COPS....... Your neighbor would go to jail. The other neighbor isn't paying back thousands in purchases and he/she is sitting there watching the free tv and sitting in the free chair. NO JAIL... But here is the best part, they can go out and blog about the horrible companies that trusted them to pay their bill. So I say to you, write your congressman and judges. Let them know that you don't want higher taxes and you want loans a good interest rate. Tell them to stop letting consumers get away with attacking the banks and collection agencies for asking them to repay their debts..... Remember people are in jail for stealing food for their family, but millions of Americans have found a way to take and get away with it scott free. Don't let the morally corrupt pull you down from your strong convictions of paying your bills.

He actually told me that I would NEVER win....Well too bad, so sad..your toast Bob. If a guy cannot even get the law quotations right on this website with his posts, he has NO business ever running a collection company. He would do better selling spicy hotdogs at the local pick and serve store. They have to have their say, but so do we the protected consumers. The FCRA and FDCPA protect us under Federal Law. They ARE a business that CAN lose their business license. This is one company I am NOT done with yet. We have them removed from our CRA, but I will see them go Ch.13 when I finish with them. I am a very vidictive person that is tired of being pushed around. I have the money, pull and resources to make this storm happen. Come on Bob....I dare your to step up again and speak....

Well we won the case. Since then they have had to pay plus they were ordered to remove the incorrect reporting and go away forever. They love making things up on here. I get a laugh out of it everytime I see these jokers try to be cute. In fact, I have started a consumer website (smaller and less fancy than here) at www.onenationunites.com to bring people together in my own way to let their voices be heard. I hope it grows too. I also place new and resources for people on there to help them as I can. It is high time that all collection agencies, big businesses, banks and suck be held accountable. I simply have said "enough is enough." Let them cry and whine all they want. They know they need a reality check like some parts of our goverment do also.

Getting your debt resolved
AUTHOR: Bridget P. - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, June 09, 2009
First of all the name of the owner really is not an issue that concerns any of us. I was told that employees associated with collection agencies use an alias for security reasons which makes sense.
Someone above stated:
"i am still mad about the initial negative entry on my credit ......... and i am still amazed how easy was for NCS to put an entry on my credit without notifying me and make sure that i am the person intended instead of just using my address to do that. in my opinion this was a straight forward violation of the FDCPA laws."
This is understandable. You may or may not have been contacted by the original creditor for attempts to receive payment before they handed over the account to a 3rd party collections agency.
It stinks to find something on your credit report without any warning HOWEVER once the account is handed down to a collections agency ( this is the last step) and they have the right to report it to the Credit Bureau without notification (With the exceptions of 3 states). This is not a violation of any law and NCS is not going to blatantly break the tons and tons of laws that regulate thier industry because then they would go out of business??
most people immediatly request a validation ...this MUST be done in writing
(which NCS is happy to give)
after the debt is validated this means that the debt is actually under your name and the agency has the right to collect it by law
There are two main situations when a debt is pursued. The debt is either yours or it really isn't. There are some exceptions when blatant errors occurr.(example: the creditor realizes that you paid your dues and yet for some reason they never closed the account..fees continued to accumulate and the account was directed to a collections agency)
Some people might have thought they were signing up for a free-bee and opened an account. Some people may have opened an account and completely forgot. Maybe someone opened up an account with your information? There are tons of scenarios but it comes down to one thing. This transaction and the debt that has occured is under your name.
REMEMBER not just anyone can report to your credit. NCS is a certified business, they are liscenced all over the United States, and have taken the necessary efforts to remain in compliance with the laws and to establish a credible relationship with the Credit Bureau.
Thier credit reporting is simply a business process. Yes it is an annoyance for something to pop up on your credit report but at the same time this is not thier fault at NCS...your credit is merely a reflection of your financial commitments. If a mistake has been made and you file a dispute with proof that this is not your debt then of course the account is closed and the collection is removed off of your credit HOWEVER if no proof is provided then what does that mean? You need to pay what you owe.
It is REALLY not that complicated and if you talk to the people at NCS openly and ask questions they can explain it easily.
Its not a scam it is just an unpleasant situation to be in when you owe money and maybe you didn't even know it.

Its not a scam it is just an unpleasant situation to be in when you owe money and maybe you didn't even know it.

www.budhibbs.com - already exists - to bring down bad Collection Agencies

HEY WYOGUY - do the research - there are several websites already dedicated to exposing illegal activities by collection agencies. the one listed above is one of the best. And he has also Launched a NEW EXPANDED Version - called Debt Collectors Exposed. EVEN DATELINE HAS DONE AN EXPOSE ON ONE OF THE WORST. The ACA claims they do what they can to get rid of the worst - when infact they have done nothing to remove the worst law breakers.
The people that need to be more involved in putting these lawbreakers out of business - and that is the Government,. Although we have FEDERAL LAWS to protect us - they let each state deal with them on a case by case basis.

Funny Bob Anderson claims to be the owner but, my letter from NCS says Bill Langley is the owner. I was told over the phone Bill Langley was the owner but, he does not accpet calls even though the letter states to call him at his extension X 303?
So actually is the owner Bob Anderson, Bill Langley, or Brett Evans?
The BBB only lists Brett Evans as President and Blake Taylor as GM.
I was not able to find any information on Bill or Bob....maybe they don't exisit?

NCS entries on my credit

I am going to be as fair as i can with my post. i found out that NCS had placed a collection entry on my credit via a letter i recieved from AMEX telling me that they were canceling 2 of my cards (each @ $12000 limit) i was really upset and mad cuz i know my credit has always been in an excellent shape. i did my part accessing Experian and here we go... a collection account by NCS. after disputing the account with experian and searching the internet i found this website and read the what everyone has to say. i decided to give it a shot and follow mr. Bob Anderson advice, instead of calling and getting into a verbal fight with the collector... i filed complaints with the attorney general, FTC, and BBB. and i have sent Mr. Anderson an e-mail explaining the situation that this must be a fraudulent account. and the actions i have been taking so far.. taking in consideration that i have never missed a payment nor been late ever in my life with all of my creditors. after all said and done ... i received an e-mail from Experian the 2nd day that the negative entry has been deleted. i am not sure if Mr. Anderson has anything to do with this but it worth the try to contact them and explain your situation. i am still mad about the initial negative entry on my credit which made me loose a total of $24000 in available credit and i am still amazed how easy was for NCS to put an entry on my credit without notifying me and make sure that i am the person intended instead of just using my address to do that. in my opinion this was a straight forward violation of the FDCPA laws.

""It will fall off seven years after the last date of activity.""
INCORRECT and a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act if a debt collector/creditor does this.
Example: I have a $200 debt that was charged off by the creditor on Jan 10, 2003. I pay a debt collector $100 on Dec 20, 2008. The date that this should come off a credit report is STILL JAN10, 2010.
The "owner" of a debt collection agency should know this.

Re-aging

SUBMITTED: Wednesday, February 25, 2009
Just to be clear on the re-aging thing. Experian requires us to show when we first received the account in our office. This is what you are reading on your credit report. It states opened and the year. We received it in 2008 so it will read 2008. This is not the charge-off date and this does not reflect when it will fall off. It will fall off seven years after the last date of activity. If you pull a complete credit report you should see this information. The other option is to call Experian and ask them the scheduled date of removal. I have actually requested that the credit bureaus make it easier for consumers to read and understand. If you need any help just contact our office and ask for BOB ANDERSON.
FYI... I think you can get a key on how to read your credit bureau from TransUnion and Experian...
Thanks,
Bob....

Hey Bob, are you and Brett Evans co-owners? Because Brett claims ownership of your company on his Linked-In page. See, (((Redacted)))
I know Brett Evans is associated with NCS, since he also appears on the corporate entity search https://www.sooneraccess.state.ok.us/corp_inquiry/corp_inquiry-find.asp?:Norder_item_type_id=24&:Spagefrom=BEsearch

So are you really the owner? And they wonder why we don't trust collection agencies!

Re: National Credit Solutions - NCS - Capital Managment Systems - BMG Music FDCPA / FCRA / Collections / Business Violations / Consumer Violations /

SUBMITTED: Saturday, February 14, 2009
NCS also recently showed up on my credit report, also regarding BMG Music Service - a company I have not done business with since 2001, at the latest.
National Credit Solutions, therefore, engages in "re-aging" of accounts, a practice that is illegal pursuant to federal law. A quick search of your firm on the internet reveals numerous alleged instances of similar illegal practices.
You can't really claim the moral high ground or play the victim here, Bob. Re-aging of old accounts is illegal, you know it, and you know your firm does it.
I would encourage all in similar circumstances to send a debt validation letter to National Credit Solutions. Send it certified mail, return receipt requested, and keep copies of your letter as well as all follow-up correspondence received.
Moreover, I would urge you to dispute the account with the credit reporting agencies (TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax), and contact the Federal Trade Commission, the Attorney General in your home state, and the Better Business Bureau.
Last, you may find it beneficial to consult legal counsel to pursue litigation.
As for my own situation, I'll be seeing representatives of National Credit Solutions in federal court soon enough.

Wyoguy.. Instead of yelling and threatening a pregnant employee, try writing a dispute as requested by the FDCPA. Thanks
AUTHOR: Bob Anderson - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, February 04, 2009
Most people work for retailers and banks. When customers don't pay their bills your company can A. higher a collection agency or B. Fire an employee or two. Our industry has saved hundreds and thousands of jobs and pumped billions back into a failing economy. Collection agencies are sent thousands of accounts on a daily basis and after they are done removing the (20 something a day) bankruptcies they begin collection efforts. There is no way for a collection agency to know if fraud has been committed against a consumer. The FDCPA allows the consumer to send in writing a Dispute. The collection agency is then forced to close the account or validate it. I know people get upset when they find something strange on the credit bureau. It's sad that someone has committed this crime that is now affecting the consumer. We have a department that handles these on a case by case basis and sometimes we can prove fraud and close the account.
The person who wrote the report against us may have actually called our company and threaten bodily harm to a worker that is currently pregnant. She was crying on the phone trying to get him/her to mail in his/her dispute. He/she began to cuss and yell at this young lady. He/she was so upset with our company and our employee that he forgot to get upset that someone had stolen his/her identity. Needless to say the pregnant girl is fine and I hope that anyone else that calls will treat the employees with courtesy. Remember, that you can write in a dispute.
