Mike and Cheryl Cummins sweet-talked me to buy 3 classic cars (jaguar, Bentley and MErcedez). He was suppose to restaure the cars and sell them in auctions. We were supposed to split profits.

I gave him $100,000 in CASH.

8 months later, I still don't have my cars (he only showed me pictures of them) and I never saw my money again. When I phone him, he either don't pickup, or has 1,000 excuses why it is taking so long.

My next step will be to buy a gun and take care of busines myself.

Excuse my Far-West expression you guys in california use in your own movies (I am a foreigner from Quebec),

Of course, I don't intend, I never intended nor do I condone any "physical" harm.

There are at least 8 other victims of Cummins/Jaguar Central

AUTHOR: sbasandiego - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, August 17, 2009

There are at least 8 other victims of Mike/Cheryl Cummins, Jaguar Central Inc, aka Jaguar Central Corona.  We've tried our best to make postings via the internet to warn others.  The Cummins have committed massive fraud and theft totalling more than $500,000.  We thought we were all pretty smart people.  Cummins are just really great con-people...

I was also a 'partner' of Cummins to buy/resell cars.  Took me 30 days to find he was a liar and thief.  He lied so much that his story in the pm was completely different than the am -- lied so much he did not remember what he said an hour earlier.  Once again, the Cummins tell a great story.

You need to file reports with BAR.  Ask for Milton Bryant, head of fraud.  We've also contacted Glen Yabuno (DA San Bernadino) 909-891-3330.  Challenge is the 8 people taken by Cummins have primarily a 'breach of contract', not 'criminal activity'.  There is currently civil action by 3 individuals against Cummins.  Challenge is they're dealing with sophisticated con-people who hide all assets.  Very frustrating/tough for all involved.

You can also look at the JCNA thread doing a google search.  I would add to the thread and contact JCNA -- JCNA is about to take action against Cummins.  You can assist by stating you used Cummins standing at JCNA in moving forward with your transactions.  Contact Steve Weinstein.  You can get all contact info on the JCNA thread.  My contact is

Suggestion

AUTHOR: Doctor Charlie - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, August 16, 2009

Am I understanding correctly, did you pay $100,000 cash with the hopes of making money on this?  In the future don't pay cash to anyone without thoroughly researching their business.

I really hope you're not serious when you post on the internet that you plan on buying a gun, and taking care of business.

Did you consider hiring an attorney and taking him to court?
