The diet solution program is a scam!  If you think that you are going to be receiving a collection of books about the program, don't order!

Once your order is made they immediately deduct money from your account, but you will receive nothing.

When I filed a complaint through paypal, they did refund my money.

I never received any merchandise.

Do not fall for this scheme.  They sent me an email back saying that I could access my info. via and email, but when I tried, it just led me to another dead end.

I should have known, you cannot order this anywhere except on the website and there is not a phone number available.

The Diet Solution Program

AUTHOR: Marco - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, April 24, 2013

Hi, I'll be brief. We ordered the program for info purposes only. Very good program! Continuous information (emails) from their company AND we received a book and Dvd. We were never over charged. I would highly recommend this program to anyone. Scam? I expect the folks ordering this program were expecting a magic pill and were too lazy to actually start the program. Remember, it's the start that stops most people. Hope this helps.

If you can't buy on the net, get off it...

AUTHOR: Jonathan - ()

POSTED: Friday, March 15, 2013

1) If you could buy the diet solution program, if you can register on this site and file a "rip off report" it can be safely assumed that you know how to buy on the net and not exclaim "they immediately deducted my money". What did you expect? You "paid" right? So you expect them to deduct your account 10 years later?

2) Where did they mention that you will "get" anything delivered. The only reason they take your address is for credit card verification.

3) There is and always will be a 60 days refund period, so why the rip off report? Did they deny you a refund?

4) Phone number - Clearly written - 1-800-815-1941

5) 100's of users download the program every month, the program itself is over 4 years old now, you mean they are running this scam for the last 4 years in the United States.

Please be less paranoid, more aware, and stop sensationalism with your "i was scammed" statements. Or better advise - get off the net.

Diet Solution Worked for Me

AUTHOR: MarkOD - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, September 04, 2011

To All:

While on vacation in Mexico, I got the email inviting me to watch the video. I was skepticle at first, but did decide to watch it. While it was not initially clear that I would be getting e-books, the program seemed to make sense to me, so I enrolled. Once I enrolled, more information and details became available than I expected.

When I got back from my vacation, I logged in to the Diet Solutions site, dove in and downloaded all the PDF books. I printed pages from the quick start guide and and a few recipies started my new diet.

To me, this is really not a diet, it is more of a lifestyle adjustment.

This is more than hard copy books or ebooks. Isabel and Jeff are in business to make a profit and they are entitled to as long as they do provide value in all they do. It is obvious that the people complaining either are in denial and really dont want to do the work and make the necessary changes to lose their weight or they have not read and reviewed all the resources available to them from this program.

The fast start guide, recipies, journal, metabolism guide are just a few of the tools that have helped me lose 25 pounds in the last 60 days. This is way beyond my initial expectations.

I will continue to use this program for the rest of my life and really feel like the changes I have made will be permanent.

By the way, the offer is electronic and does give the option during check out to purchase hard copies. The chose to use the PDF copies and website for support.

Overall, I am completely satisfied with the program and results.

Good luck with your journey!

I disagree

AUTHOR: ernie - (Sweden)

POSTED: Tuesday, July 19, 2011

I bought this product - The diet solution program. After paying via PayPal I was given clear instructions of were to download the e-books I bought. I use these books and have found the suggestions balanced and more than helpful. I do not consider this a scam! I consider this to be serious and well thought through giving guidance to weight-loss with your safety in mind. Most other products are downright dangerous.

I have no experience on the question of refunding though seeing as the order progressed smoothly.

The Diet Solution

AUTHOR: THR - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, June 30, 2011

Hi,

I am sorry to read that you did not get the service you expected.  These things do happen some times, and it is very frustrating.  I belive you had a very bad experience, however, I know it is not a scam.

In my case I purchased the The Diet Solution by Isabel de los Rios; and I have lost 22 lbs and counting.  In addition to the weight loss, I now have a healthier life style.

I have complemented the information given by Isabel with other strategies and now I have my personalized diet.  I thank Isabel for getting me started and the money I spent was well worth it.

I recommend that you try again, get her package and try her diet.  It is your choice, and your health.  I only ask because, in additional the diet plan, there is lots of eye opening information, and now I can say it works.

Best Regards,

Doesn't appear to be a scam to me

AUTHOR: Connie - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, March 19, 2011

I just watched the video and was very happy to try the product.  Sounds very sensible to me.  I never for a moment thought that I was going to receive hard copies in the mail, but that I could if I wanted to purchase them.  You are given the immediate opportunity to download them to your computer and another back up link to the same downloads in the receipt for purchase email that they quickly send to you.  I did have a bit of trouble downloading at first, but as soon as I upgraded my Adobe reader to the current one, downloading them all was a breeze.

DSP is not a scam

AUTHOR: Gayle - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, January 17, 2011

The books you see are just pictures used by many selling "ebooks" or EPrograms... The fact that they will send you the hard copy is awesome... It is certainly nice to save on paper and just access the info on your computer.

They were not misleading at all to me... but I have been buying ebooks and e programs for a long, long time now... I do remember the first ebook I bought I was surprised that I never got any "hard" copy mailed to me... and I had to print my own book... but now I rarely go to the book store.

My friend, you just hit the future :) ... now all you need is a Nook!

Does this diet seem familiar?

AUTHOR: GrandmaGinny - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, January 16, 2011

I was on FaceBook and saw a add with a bunch of bananas. The script said 3 foods you should not eat. I clicked on it & found I had to sit through a very lengthy video presentation, and never really got those "3" on a list. However, as the video unfolded I realized that this was just the Adkins diet remixed.

The principle does work. I lost a ton of weight on it many years ago. However, there is nothing new or revolutionary about it. Nonetheless, I understand the need to market to a new audience.

Where I think they make their mistake is all the hype previously mentioned. Listen Jeff & Isabel to what has been written.

You have a great idea, the video and the adds.

You have a audience who probably never heard of Atkins

So why all the hocus pocus?

I owned my own very successful business for over 37 years. You dont need all the drama when you really HAVE the ability to help people with your expertise/product/service.

I hope you fix this...You dont need a total do-over, just remix the video, tell it like it isno hidden or hard to find disclaimers about the download vrs books; no hype about holding the price; no not fair to Isabel!!!: (that one is off the Marketing 101 list of What NOT to do.)

Be strait...Be honest...Care about your clients...Be fair with your prices.

Oh, if you actually have the books printed and those photos are not just mock-ups then sell them separately for a fair price

One last thing. Please be certain to tell people that if they want to keep the weight off this is a QUANTUM LIFE STYLE change, albeit it can be done by some. For those of us who can not the loss is not permanent...

In response to posting by Angloe - Fort Wayne

AUTHOR: Elliott - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, January 03, 2011

I am a consumer trying to determine if the Diet Solution Program is legit or a scam prior to purchasing. I too watched the advertisement on the web and still have some reservations. However, it was abundantly clear to me that the product would be in a digital format and not a physical collection of books. I hope I have not offended Angloe, but this aspect of the advertisement was rather clear to me. I am still leery ofwhat I consider to be"shister" tactics appeared to be employed in the sales process.

1) I first clicked on a link that stated "4 Foods to NEVER Eat" - Well there was not a list of four foods not to consume, but much more than four. However I had to listen to a lot of sales hype in order to arrive at the information. Yes, the link was successful in getting me to hear the "pitch", but I feel as if I was deceived in the process. Deception is never a way to build rapport with potential clients.

2) Please don't try to build a sense of urgency with a limited time offer without some logical reasoning to back it up. Your product is in a digital format; you can't possibly run out of stock. Tell me that the price is going to increase with demand since the product is so wonderful or you are only releasing xxxx number of copies before the price increases. This is rational and if this is true you will in fact make more money in the end. I have no problem paying more for results.

3) Don't tell me that this link may disappear at any time. The only logical reason for this from the information provided is if the product was bogus and you have closed up shop. Please don'ttreat me as an idiot.

4) If you want to create credibility with me, raise the price. Sure, you may not grow as quickly. By your own admission, you were not prepared to have such a high demandsince you could not service your customer volume.Poor customer serviceis not a way to build brand quality. You can control your customer volume by simply removing the link.

5) I want your product to work and for you to be monetarily rewarded. This will occur if your product does work and should not require any pressure other than my desire to receive the benefit sooner rather than later. Sell me on quality and nothing else.

Why misleading?

AUTHOR: Angloe - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, January 03, 2011

I too ordered your product, believing it was hard books. Yes I watched the video. I don't seem to be the only one who did not understand your video about the ebook part. To the consumer its misleading but to you it makes sense. When I tried to find out about my order I found this very difficult.

I never received my receipt confirmation email or any other email telling me I had to download the ebooks to PDF to view. You were quick to take my $47 but slow to deliver your product. This is not a good business practice if you want to build a successful business. If one or 2 don't understand your sales pitch but lots of others do and are happy customers that is one thing but you seem to have many customers who do not understand your sales pitch and are not happy customers.

I would like to try your program but am not happy with not being able to receive your product in the form in which it was offered. If you don't offer hard books why show them in your video and website and use the word "book" repeatedly? If your program is not a scam why are you so hard to contact? I am currently an unhappy customer because I have paid for a product that I have not received. What are you going to do to make me a happy customer? My order # is 8YF9NEM4

Response to Jeff and Tim

AUTHOR: Mel - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, November 08, 2010

Unless the "infomercial" mentioned in Comment #3 has changed since 03OCT10, I'm afraid 'Tim - Avondale' is in error. The verbatim statement made is "...we figured out that giving you a digital download will eliminate waiting for a bulky package...". With that said, regarding the hardcopy books DSPJeff states "...we offer them as well after you purchase for a minimal fee just to cover costs."

I have two queries/suggestions for Jeff: 1) Would you be willing to disclose in this forum what the "minimal fee" for the hardcopies is?; and 2) Why not cut to the chase and offer "...$47 for the digital downloads, and $xx for the digital downloads, followed by shipment of the hardcopies."?

Obviously not a scam????

AUTHOR: Tim - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, October 03, 2010

Seven months ago you said "People are not listening to the video" and that you "made it obviously clear that nothing is shipped".  That sir is not the case.  Your "infomercial" is evidently as misleading as ever!  The only reference to digital is after the purchase has been made.

You show books in your advertisement and actually request our mailing address and charge a shipping fee of $5.95.  What is the purpose of that if you're not going to mail anything??  If you wanted to make it clear it was digital you would state so in writing at the point where the person is about to purchase!

Your intent is quite obvious to me!

obviously not a scam

AUTHOR: DSPJeff - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, March 20, 2010

This is Jeff from the Diet Solution Program.  Isabel and I are in no way a scam.  We saw that some people were not listening to the video when I said these will be "digital downloads", so we changed the video...and now it is absolutely clear that nothing is shipped to you.  In addition to that people still wanted hardcopy books, so we offer them as well after you purchase for a minimal fee just to cover costs.

we also grew pretty quickly and got behind on customer service, which we are remedying currently.  so if you haven't heard from us, we haven't forgotten about you, we're just behind.

lastly, if our program is not working for you, we are glad to give you a refund.  it's always been our first priority to get people healthy...that's all.  eating healthy means losing weight and we have thousands of people who have come back and told us how great the program is and how it has worked when so many others have failed them.  we will continue to deliver quality information to help people get healthy and lose weight.

 thanks - Jeff

The Diet Solution

AUTHOR: Penny - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, March 19, 2010

I ordered the program three weeks ago.  Once you complete the purchase of the program, what you do receive are PDF files for the ten components for The Diet Solution.  Once I completed the PayPal transaction, there was a button you had to click on which then downloaded the program.  Maybe your pop up blockers were the cause of the program not downloading correctly.  It's unfortunate because this program really does work--I've now lost 8 pounds.  I've tried other diets before that didn't work as well as The Diet Solution!
