Samp-Servers.com Set up a bogus account for online gaming service, canceled account and they keep billing you for a service they cant cancel on there end. Buffalo, New York

I have dealt with gaming server providers before. When you cancel your account, and its month to month, you are not liable to keep paying for something that wasn't even set up properly. I dealt with this company having experience at this as i have currently own a server at gameservers.com. This company had set me up with a hosting server for a online game. They have 0 customer support, no support forums, and they offer cheap hosting to get you into there billing software. Once in you notice they setup a account with info for you to log into. Well i did all the normal things i did before. Problem was is that never did i receive a proper ip for that game server. As i double checked it and it was bogus. When i changed things based upon documented server config, it still didnt work. I ask for support and when they answered me they did not correct the problem, as it still exist. I cancelled immediatly when i google a forum saying they might be fraud hosting provider. Once cancelled they closed my account so i could not log in to billing. Month later i checked my paypal and they deducted money from my paypal for another month, this is after understanding my buisness with them was cancelled. I notifyed paypal and it seems i won the dispute. Come again in Nov. they have charged me again. I have disupted now recently. He has commented that i need to be lead by paypal employee on how to cancel a recurring monthy subscription. But he fails to tell them his service is not legit on some of his products he provides. Or atleast he doesnt know what hes doing. Now if this guy can get away with theses recurring charges and i am without a hosting server ip or proper gaming service like gameservers.com. How on earth is this fair? Help me, paypal will not investigate properly.
