Ordered one Waxvac plus one free for $10 plus shipping.  Actual cost $52 and they have not shipped the items tho they said the package was shipped by Fedex whom says they never received a package to ship.  Several calls later, they said it was shipped and cannot say by what means.  Poor service and they lie to the customer.  I still have not received the product.
