 This ex employee was a very shady person with a police record that we found out about after his dismissal....as far as what he posted at the direction of Kumar giri of michigan diagnostic ..it is mostly all a lie and it was written and dictated by Kumar giri as if it were Austin writing it...how I am coming to this conclusion is that Austin has the IQ level of a third grader.

1. I have only meet the person from Roberts corner one time as I took a ride with my cousin to check out some equipment he was selling, but found out the equipment was not right for him, I never worked there or had ever dealt with the person in any shape or form.

2. The Mexican restaurant we purchased was filthy and that was the reason we hired Austin , it was to clean the place. The police were called to remove the old owners from the premises because the landlord had evicted them for not paying rent or the land contract note.

3. As far as selling fireworks ...I think Governor Snyder changed the law an it is legal the last time I checked...lol

4.austin is not a good friend of Kumar giri , he had just meet him the day he started working at the pizza shop.

anyone that has done so much bad things to as many people as they claim I did wrong to would of either been prosecuted..been sued or been in a ditch by now 5. As far as papa Mario's goes I walked away from that operation after 20 days and the pizza shop was only open for 10 days when I left with them owing me money....any one with a brain would know that you can't steal 125,000.00 from a place grossing 7,000.00 per week if your only there for 10 days...lol.....by the way the brother of my ex partner does work for my brother and I think he would of reminded me that I owed his brother 125.000.00 if I really did do that.7. I don't even know why I am wasting my time responding to this garbage.

 I am Tim Mona, this ripoff report posted on this site that does not investigate or verify any of the garbage that is put on here should be removed and the author prosecuted and published to the full extent of the law. First off I am not a criminal and my business relationship with Jeff rapier was only a short lived one. Secondly I challenge Dominick Oliver to bring forth any proof that he has that I embezzled one penny from his company ( I did not handle any money whatsoever ) As far as the business mentioned in algonac the owner took me for a cosiderable amount of money and I should of been the one to sue him, but he got me so bad I did not even have money to hire legal representation. All these false allegations were posted on this site by Kumar for he and his family own a company by the name of Michigan diagnostic. Kumar ventured into the pizza business thinking it was as simple as a walk in the park.he then found himself with a failing business and stuck with a lease after his partner walked out on him because he found out he is a habitual liar and also somewhat of a petty thief. I partnered up with Kumar on August 1 of 2012 when the shop was only doing 30.00 per day. Within 30 days and 85 hours per week and no pay for myself I raised the sales to approximately 700.00 per day . I put together a good crew and managed the restaurant professionally and in a clean manner. My crew was my backbone all except one person ( the one that added all the misspelled part of the report trashing me and not making any sense at all ) I brought him in giving him a chance to redeem himself because he had worked for me in algonac, he had some issues in his life being he is bi-polar and had a problem by where he liked to cut him self and do horrible things to his body. After raising sales and putting together a good crew Kumar hiring complemented my saying I was an awesome manager. By this time we were approaching bobber and our business was growing well we decided we wanted to expand into the wholesale end of things and that's when Kumar started his game. We found a gentleman by the name of wash basher to invest and partner up with us ( Kumar drew up the paperwork ) and that's when he started to play with the money ( bank account was totally in his name and he was the only signer on the account. He proceeded to withdrawn money from the account until he completely depleted the account. Shortly after wadah joined us I fell ill and Kumar was running the day to day part of the operation. Now the game got put in full motion , he dropped the business down to almost half and found a buyer for the place taking the money and leaving us behind ( wadah and myself ) I threatened to sue him but again I was having health issues and he promised to make wadah whole again and pay me back my money ( never happened ) He created these false allegations against me to make wadah basher believe I was the one whom took his money...I never had access to the bank account and neither did wadah....after wadah questions him he gave him a silly reason why the money was missing.telling him I needed the money and that he withdrew it for me...funny thing was that at that time I was in the hospital...lol. Bottom line is Kumar giri of Michigan diagnostic is a thief and an embezzler and I am going to rekindle a law suit against him.

 Jeffery rapier had his name changed from Palazzolo, Jeffery J to Rapier, Jeffery J in 1987. he has 333.74012A4 CONT. SUB-DELIVER/MFG LESS THAN 50 GR charge in macomb county in 2002,333.74012A3 CONT. SUB-DELIVER/MFG 50-449 GRAMS in 2002, 750.362A3A FAIL TO RETURN PROPERTY $1,000 - $20,000 in 2002, 750.3622A LARCENY BY CONVERSION->$20,000 in 2000, tim or tamem/ tamen has been sued by many corporations and businesses. too many to list.

I have had the opportunity to work for tim mona and work with jeffery rapier. Tim mona had a business named papa marios out in algonac michigan which was an old bucemis off of d**e road. he screwd the owner of that company out thousands of dollars, even after the owner allowed tim to reside upstairs from the partystore. before that, tim mona screwed over the gentle men at roberts corner in marine city, he stole a ton of money, supplies and equiptment. 

After tim's papa marios in algonac idea went down the hole, he found a new victim and reopened a mexican restaurant on john r road in hazel park. the location was filthy and nothing was up to date. tim served costomers with a menu that was the previous owners and a very very dirty kitchen. the previos owner actually came into the store causing a scene and the police were called.  tim no longer owns that restaurant. i'm positive he scammed those people out of alot of money as well. 

after the mexican restaurant, he started at dollys pizza on nine mile road in warren. screwed them over, had enough money to fool a good friend of mine into running up his credit for slices pizza. which is now closed down. tim also goes by the name MR. Logan.

tim will talk you into investing into a far fetched idea, sell all your equiptment and pocket the cash. he does not pay his workers and all he does is sit on his obease rear. not to mention the harrassment on his employees. calling them names like dumb, stupid, f****t, etc. he is very unprofessional. tim will also bring members of his family into the business so they can help scam cash from the honest entreprenuers.

Tim has an extensive record in macomb county, as well as jeff rapier. sale and possesion of cocaine multiple counts, larceny, etc. tim drives a beat up white ford van with a blown out window in the back. and is also associated with Baby B's restaurant on fifteen mile and kelly. owned and operated by a guy named basil and his wife. tim also tries to get people bridge cards and give them half of what its worth in cash. which is illegal.

tim was also selling illegal fireworks out of the vacant building next door to BABY B'S a few years back. tim likes to post on craigslist to find employees and investers. he likes to type in all caps lock so beware. i have personally flagged quite a few of his posts.  please do not fall victim of these scam artists.
