I agree with the post about Yarim (Yumi) Ben Hur criminal, tore up my apartment, child prostitution North Miami Beach, Florida

I know Yarim Ben Hur for many years, in fact he was my tenant from 2003-2005, he wasn't a Mensch, he tore up my apartment.
After reading the previous post about him, I couldn't help it but voice my opinion on the matter. The thing about his sister is not new, he has been pimping her around since she was 15. I know that because after i evicted him, i spent a few weeks in the apartment repairing the damage he caused and johns would constantly stop by asking about her, and they even told me he was pimping her since her mid teens. If i would have known about it while he was my tenant, i would have called the cops on the spot.
When he was my tenant I would also get constant noise complaints about him, and complaints about the smell of marijuana reeking out of the unit. And I was told also that random people would be seen entering in and out of the apt on a daily and nightly basis, i assume to buy drugs. I constantly warned him by phone and by email (ybh01@aol.com, ybh012004@yahoo.com, Fairyfly6@msn.com) to stop, and he wouldn't comply. Thus i decided to evict him.
I took this matter to my attorney to file the eviction, while i was there my attorney ran a criminal background check on Yarim (in accordance with Florida's Sunshine Law). While doing so we discovered that in February 2002, Yarim was arrested for 3rd degree felony of grand theft, and then a year later in March 2003 he was arrested again for 1st degree misdemeanor of concealed weapons violations. If i wasn't an idiot, and i would have ran a criminal background check on him before i rented him my place, like every landlord does, i definitely wouldn't have taken him as a tenant. For anyone thinking of hiring Yarim Benhur or having him as a tenant, just pay the $10 or $20, whatever it is and run a criminal background check on him, and maybe you wont get screwed like i did.
