If you are looking for rental property in Corona, CA, stay away from 1747 Flag Pin Drive. Owners Stuart Chinn and Mary Chinn are rip off artists. Several people have had very bad experiences with these two clowns and they act like upscale people, but BEWARE... They will rob you blind or evict you.
Stuart is a so called up-scale patent attorney who works in Berkeley, CA. I can't believe anyone would hire this guy to represent such a large company. Apparently, character is not required as part of their hiring process.
Stuart Chinn and Mary Chinn own the home for rent on the internet at 1747 Flag Pin Drive, Corona, Ca. They are/were represented by Flag Pin Realty who won't help you either if you get screwed. They are currently looking for tenants to rent their home. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY! You will never see it again!
The best thing you can do is stay away from both of them. Consider this warning a blessing for any of you that are doing your homework on these two. Find somewhere else to live. You'll regret not doing so...

The scumbags who generated this false report are filthy trash and will not even put their names behind it. Why hide? Poor white trash that broke their lease and expected to get a refund back! Hey poor white trash, put your names behind. Hey poor white trash, I thought you were going to sue me? Hey poor white trash, why didn't you want to settle this in a California court. Why hide? You say several people have complained, who are they? You say "they" will evict you, well, what would you expect when the tennant does not pay their rent? Hey poor white trash, you will not put your name behind this because your gutless! Hey poor white trash, you put your name behind it and will see what happens next.
