He shows his clients an entirely different scene. The pet owners are totally misled.
Animal Control has had complaints but either doesn't give a care, doesn't know how to investigate, or is being paid off.
He will tell you that your pet will be lodged in an airy, shaded, lovely outdoor kennel, when the
reality is that they are housed in plastic airline crates, WITH NO
WATER, in his poorly ventilated HOT garage!
