gasbike.net Nationwide Access, LLC do not ship entire order and give no indication of why , Internet

i placed 4 orders with gasbike.net in 2011, between jan and march, on 2 orders i didn't receive all the items i paid for.  when i emailed them i got no response.  i called and there was no customer service line for problems so i had to call the order line.  the responder asked what items i hadn't received.  he did not ask for an order no or any other info.  he responded that one of the items shipped from china and took up to or over 8 weeks to ship.  the other items were supposedly on backorder.  i told him that i wouldnt have ordered the items if i had known that they were on backorder.  he said it was stated on the website that the items were on backorder.  (there was no such indication)  i told him i would file a complaint about this and he said go ahead, and hung up on me.  So Beware of GASBIKE.NET.  a shady business indeed
