To All Playmaker Customers:
I am deeply sorry for the events that have unfolded in your dealings with Playmaker Apparel. Circumstances involving your payments were entirely out of my control and I am ashamed that I was involved in a company that would be so
irresponsible with your money. Please understand that I was unaware of our companys lack of communication and failure to deliver payments and that I was not personally responsible for this. I became involved in this company because
I love the game of hockey and thought I could take this company to the next level. Had I known that this was the way they did business I would not have wasted my time or yours.
Be assured that I am not going to abandon those of you who have yet to receive your products. I am going to follow up with each of your orders daily and advise you about what the next course of action should be. You may send an email to Sales AT playmakerapparel DOT com to request a refund. Should you be issued a refund of your money, I will be happy to contact a printer personally and get your jerseys at cost. However, if you would prefer to take your business elsewhere I will provide you with your specific print-ready file that you can take to any printing company and complete it yourself.
