A young mother and her kids were victimized during a brutal home invasion and attacked by two men. To save herself and her children she fought off the attack, grabbed guns from her safe, and shot one of the intruders (a troubled 20-year-old, Dustin Wehde) who turned about to be a person mentored by the young mothers husband.
 
Dustin Wehdes mother (who is a realtor) had agreed to a secretive agreement with the young mothers husband (Michael Roberts) to sell all their marital assets without the young mothers knowledge (see mona wehde police interview page 14) Her husband also had a planned with his employee (Ray Friedman) to defraud Tracey out of her ownership, profits and financial control of Xellex / Mile2 (see confession page 10 second paragraph)

The company (Mile2) according to the testimony of Ray Friedman was currently making millions of dollars. Tracey Richter (young mother) had taken her life savings and personally provided the seed capital and in hopes it would lift her husband out of his depression from previously being fired from New Horizons and unable to find employment. The company now flush with cash would have belonged to Michael Roberts in the event of his wife's death, along with the substantial real estate holdings and insurance money for her and the children's murders. When the home invasion went awry, Roberts master-minded a new fraud protocol to keep all the profits from Mile2,to fund his new lavish lifestyle for Heidi Roberts (wife #3) while punishing his biological children by refusing to pay child support in the amount of nearly $50,000 as he was continually found in contempt of court for non-payment.

A decade after the failed home invasion a business associate and friend of Michael Roberts, Ben Smith, took office as Attorney for SAC County Iowa, and charged Tracey Richter with 1st Degree Murder of Dustin Wehde. Ben Smith and his friend Michael Roberts form one sinister Mr. Hyde.

Tag Team of Intimidation

Roberts and Smith began to threaten witnesses, Google and even former Prosecutors at the direction of Michael Roberts. I personally was threatened with arrest if I set foot in Iowa and 'interfered' or testified of what I knew (see my investigatory article here).

I emailed Ben Smith asking if the threats issued by Michael Roberts had merit given my intimidation. Roberts and another young man he mentored previously plotted to have me killed in order to their criminal enterprise operational.

Ben Smith refused to respond and that did intimidate me, a matter I explained to Mr. Smith. It seems though I was not the only person being threatened and intimidated by Michael Roberts and Ben Smith.

 Justice Denied

Former SAC County Attorney Earl Hardisty in sworn affidavit states that Ben Smith became belligerent and tried to intimidate and threaten him because he wanted to provide exculpatory evidence in the Tracey Richter case so she could have a fair trial. The affidavit speaks for itself

Earl Hardisty stated: During the conversation; Mr. Smith was trying to intimidate me and threaten me, to prevent me from revealing exculpatory evidence in the caseit is unethical for a States Prosecutor to threaten another attorney with an ethical violation, when the intention of that prosecutor is merely to try and prevent the discovery of evidence which is exculpatory for the Defendant. Evidence was suppressed and I can swear to being a witness whom was threatened and intimidated into not setting fot in Iowa.

In other news, Ben Smith Sac County Attorney at the direction of Michael Roberts has begun issuing subpoenas in California to try and have me arrested for exposing his prosecutorial misconduct in the Tracey Richter trial and exposing his business relationship with Tracey Richter's ex-husband Michael Roberts which began prior to the Tracey Richter murder trial.
