first off--there is no owner at that place called debbie or kathy or anybody by those names--the only owner's name is douglas kaplan..there is another guy who is a co-owner lance sawyer...there was john kunzy who got fired for sexual harassment..and alan who quit..nobody else--if you hear any other names than that--its a bold faced lie

there is also a peter who takes calls who is a rude,liar as well..he'll use a million different names--and EVERYONE who you'll talk to will say they are either a manager or supervisor. that entire company is a joke..a scam..a waste of time and money,pointless..doug is a wannabe owner who couldnt get a merchant account...he is a laughing stock of the industry..anyone who knows him will tell you his company should be shut down cause it has a 'rich boy baby' running it...

look here is the deal--if you get a fax from them call the cops...they are not supposed to be selling anything which is why there are a million fake names they say are the real owners its doug kaplan who is the owner. plus they will not ever refund you a dollar. they will play waiting games and hold games on the phone never send out one single check and hope you stop calling then finally move or change #'s..

once you get one person on the phone that is the person who can help you. dont let them tell you to call back and speak to anyone. do you really think they would let a bunch of sales agents run the floor by themselves?? there is always someone there right then that could actually take care of you they just tell you to call back so they can leave you on hold. its a game that has been played a thousand times. noone will see a refund that is why they use check by phone instead of credit card cause with a check it is alot harder to charge back. credit cards actually have good charge back capabilities. but doug doesnt care or doesnt want anyone to get refunds.

the funny thing is he is a rich dweeb who has the money--his business line is 321-281-5415 if not try 407-215-8570 or 407-463-2157(cell) or e-mail him directly at dougkaplan32765@yahoo.com---he is a short, balding, bleach haired, awkward, quite mouse...my suggestion is to stop getting scammed by the lamest guy in orlando.
