 Yes, I am responding to this report to add to it! Believe everything you've just read about Malik Zaman. As a former employee he trains his new hires to lie and say whatever to get the listing. He attempts to get for sale by owners to give him a yearly listing with promises of lined up foreign buyers and and huge international and local marketing. All lies. Please do not do business with this demon. His business model is sadistic and he treats all of his listed home owners like nothing once he gets you signed to a yearly listing. You will be stuck with the realtor satan until that year is over. He gives good brokers/Realtors a bad name. He makes everyone he encounter, leave with trust issues because he has perfected lying with a smile. He does not have departments of employees, he does not have foreign buyers lined up, he does not even have friends. With an extended period of time around him you will see why. I've seen SEVERAL employees willingly quit there job because of him. I've received SEVERAL calls from angry home owners. I truly believe this is why he hires people, so it's a different voice on the phone but he trains them to tell his same lies and the employees ALL would rather quit than to adopt his manipulative evil ways. I'm placing my own rip-off report against him, but I truly had to add to this after reading it. He has NO credible references that you can TALK TO that will vouche for any good business he does. Based on the author's statement it is clear that the motive of this author is not a complaint or report for the General Public awareness but to destroy the petitioner, business on the instigation of my competitor while using the Rip-off Report Web site, as her vehicle for achieving her ulterior motives.

The above caption so called report /complaint is not a report or complaint but seems to be a paid unidentified author's self created ulterior motive based meretricious, false, undocumented, untrustworthy statement for destroying my business ,fame and credibility, which was established by me as a petitioner in this rebuttal, using my millions of dollars hard earning money on a period of 30 years. This paid author is trying to annihilate and tarnish  my  unblemished  track record of great pride, honor and respect which I have gained in the entire world for worth of millions of dollars, For which I am going to hold her in the future for this coward and timid act.

Let's get to the merits of this frivolous self generated statement of this paid author.

Kindly consider these important facts for removing this derogatory statement of this unidentified  woman from your website

1- Any working history, contract, signed by my true signature was ever attached /enclosed with this report/complaint.

2- When did this person who  claims to be the author of this statement  worked  for the petitioner's interest  under  which capacity, and  when and where she was got hired in the petitioner's  organization or office, Whether  any  document on record was ever produced or enclosed with this frivolous statement when she claims ' Do not work with Malik Zaman!! He has a blatant disregard to work ethic and honor ' .

3-  Any documented  legal  working relation with this author  has been ever  presented or made as a part of this report/complaint.

4- When was the legal authority or instructions  was issued or  used for the sale of any listing or property for which has been  claimed by this author  in her statement while saying  that" Malik gave me a listing for a house for sale with a price that was $250,000 higher than the actual asking price. He made his mistake by providing a link to the real listing that was from a different competitor realtor's website! Talk about a con artist!!" Whether any document or affidavit was ever attached as verifiable evidence to prove the truth of her statement.

 5- What was the author's working relation used in this complaint

(a) As a buyer for the property or an Employee, any contract pertaining to these positions were ever  enclosed with this complaint/report.

6- Any other witness's affidavit statement is entered in this complaint/report who was present during these conversations.

7-Any recorded telephonic conversation was ever presented regarding these allegations.

8- Records of copies of this complaint/report was ever submitted to any law enforcement agencies for any legal actions against the petitioner. whether these reports were made a part of this complaint/report as her evidence.

9- targeting to, Malik Hamid Zaman Sr, Malik Zaman, Zaman Malik Hamid Sr, American Immigration Dream Realty Unprofessional, Rude, Dishonest, Con artist, Arrogant, Sexist Palm Beach Gardens Florida,{ with disparaging and malevolently way is nothing but a paid  derogatory act of this unprofessional woman.}

10- How come this author can judge about petitioner credibility through one alleged phone call without any supporting evidence.
