After sucking me into his Pro U email funnel, in October of 2011, Andrew Cass, the first founding member with CarbonCopy Pro = PRO U, talked me, into giving him $40,000.00 for their Top Tier BLACK position.

However, my answers to Pro U’s qualifying questionnaire [the real me”] proved I did not qualify for their BLACK position because I have ZERO experience in Internet marketing.

Andrew Cass had stated the following accolades in his SPOTLIGHT article Jan. of 2011.

Quote:

“It was the fall of 2007 that Jay Kubassek and Aaron and a few others were sitting in a hotel room in Austin Texas forming carbon copy Pro…”

“I was the first member and I have WON more sales contests than anyone in company history.”

“Results, not just seniority, matter a great deal to me. “

“This is an organization and a community that values people and relationships first.”

“I know of no other organization like that and I've been with many in the past 20 years or so.”….

“Thank you Jay, Aaron and Alan for your commitment to integrity and your members first everything else second.” [end quotes]

Andrew also states he was the first founding BLACK MEMBER of automatic millionaire under the Pro U seal and of course his accomplishments stated above demonstrate that the Black membership was "specifically designed for those of you who have already created massive success (and want more) and those of you who want to build personal relationships with PRO's professors and other world-class entrepreneurs.”

This $40,000.00 Black membership that he sold "the unqualified" me is what this report is all about.

Before I got involved, Jay Kubassek, a founder of CarbonCopy Pro, changed to PRO U, had presented his 28 pages for telling us what PRO U was all about.

He repeated 11 times as to how important it was to “qualify”. [quotes can be provided]

Oct. 10, 2011 I filled out Jay Kubassek’s Complete Your Million Dollar Game Plan Survey…that demonstrated my qualifications. [a completed copy can be provided]

To introduce the Million Dollar Game Plan Survey, Jay K. stated:

“When you answer these critical survey questions below, one of my hand-picked Internet Business Mentors [Andrew Cass, multimillionaire],  will get in touch with you to discuss your objectives, “…as stated in the answers to these questions below.”

[multimillionaire]- mentor-coach, Andrew Cass] will …answer any questions you may have about this information, and even make some great recommendations for you based on your answers.

So stay close to your phone. We really think you’ll enjoy this brief phone call and get a lot of value from it (it’s actually a $147 value).

Answer these questions as accurately and honestly as possible.

We want to know the real YOU!

 FACTS:

Oct. 2011, Andrew Cass, my so-called -mentor-coach paid no attention to the answers to my “qualifying questionnaire” “the real me” and recommended I purchase Pro U’s BLACK POSITION at $40,000.00.

Multimillionaire by name of Andrew Cass responded to my qualifying questionnaire in a way that was totally adverse to the answers showing the “real me”.

  1.  Andrew Cass did not discuss my objectives as stated in my answers.
  2. He did not make “great recommendations based on my answers”.
  3. Andrew Cass paid absolutely no attention to my answers in the qualifying questionnaire that demonstrated “the real me”.
  • I was a 77 year old female
  • I was retired [not a successful entrepreneur]
  • I lived on 2 to 3,000.00 a month [had not “created massive success and wanted more”]
  • I was not a homeowner
  • I was willing to put in 2 to $3,000.00 startup capital toward building my business and reaching my goals. [not willing to invest $40,000.00 plus]

“The real Me” demonstrated that I had never ever made any money from Internet Marketing. Therefore, I did not qualify for their top-tier-BLACK POSITION.

In fact my answers to the qualifying questionnaire demonstrated that I only qualified to be a non-paying student in PRO U.

I blindly trusted Andrew Cass and allowed him to put my $40,000.00 plus from my savings right into Andrew Cass’s and Pro U’s accounts.

Regardless of my "unqualifing" answers, Andrew Cass recommended, “If you have the money the $40,000.00 Black position is best".

Andrew Cass knew that if I fell for his plan, he would reap a $16,000.00 commission and his buddies with "integrity" in Pro U would get $24,000.00.

I consider Andrew Cass’s recommendation to be a $40,000.00-plus total rip-off because Andrew Cass paid no attention to my qualifications or my stated desires.

Andrew Cass proved by his actions that he along with Pro U did not full fill Andrew’s statement of, quote: “Thank you Jay, Aaron and Alan for your commitment to integrity and your members first everything else second.”

Long after Andrew Cass took my $40,000.00 supposedly based on the answers to the qualifying questionnaire I found the following Pro U’s total description of the BLACK membership position:

“Your BLACK Master Plan To LIVE And FINISH RICH

The ultra-exclusive BLACK Membership is for serious entrepreneurs only.

It is specifically designed for those of you who have already created massive success (and want more)

and those of you who want to build personal relationships with PRO's professors and other world-class entrepreneurs.”

Obviously I did not “qualify” to give $40,000.00 for the BLACK membership because to this day in May of 2014, I have not made one dime from Internet marketing.

RIPPED OFF-gullible me, thought I was paying for a multimillionaire mentor’s plan and hands on help in setting up a guaranteed-viable-Internet-business.

In my case, Jay Kubassek’s hand-picked multimillionaire mentor-coach, Andrew Cass obviously was only interested in the fact that I had $40,000.00 available for him to get his hands on, not that I “qualified” for the $40,000.00 BLACK position.

Andrew Cass and Jay Kubassek have enjoyed the investment benefits of my $40,000.00 plus of inheritance money since October of 2011, 32 months, while I exist off two to three thousand dollars of Social Security as I had stated in my October 2011, “qualifying” questionnaire.

I am so ashamed that I stupidly trusted and therefore allowed these two con artists to fast talk me out of my $40,000.00 plus of savings. Therefore, 24 hours a day, I suffer from debilitating depression.

When I learned I could share my RIPOFF with Ripoff REPORTS, it has relieved part of my debilitating depression since Oct. of 2011

Since Pro U no longer exists and multimillionaires Andrew Cass and Jay Kubassek have new businesses they are promoting, I will just name Andrew Cass & Jay Kubassek, the two principle benefactors of my $40,000.00 plus, since October of 2011.

I am thankful that RipOff Report provides a forum where I can at least publically vent my anger as I expose the RIPOFF of multimillionaires Andrew Cass and Jay Kubassek.

Hopefully when these guilty men, see this public exposure, they will want to reimburse me the principle plus high interest for 31 months, so their names can be cleared on my Rip Off Report. A mutual acquaintence who has offered investment opportunities, by the name of Mike Dillard, is reaping more than 70 percent anually on the investments he share with EVG members.

One week after giving Andrew Cass $40,000.00 plus dollars I suffered teeth and jaw problems that caused me to be dizzy. Consequently I fell and broke my right wrist. Therefore, I lost the use of my right hand for months as well as having mouth and teeth problems.

When I notified my mentor-coach of the accident, all Andrew Cass had to offer was:

“I realize that life got in your way, However, don’t worry because I have you set up so you won’t loose any benefits to your downline. In other words only he and PRO U would benefit.

His seemingly cold hearted response made no mention or suggestion of refunding my more than $40,000.00 investment until and if I was able to understand and learn his Pro U business.

Five months after their rip off of my $40,000.00 plus and five months after my debilitating accident, I had mostly recovered. I then attempted to present the facts, by snail mail with Jay K. and Andrew Cass in March of 2012.

Jay Kubassek signed for and received my information March of 2012.

I assumed that Jay K. would have been in touch with Andrew Cass in April of 2012 after my snail mail?

After all, Andrew Cass said in his Jan. 2011 Spotlight article: “This is an organization and a community that values people and relationships first.”

""I know of no other organization like that and I've been with many in the past 20 years or so.”

Andrew Cass never received the info in certified, signature required package because his Internet address did not provide a suite number.

In April of 2012, five months after their rip off, after signing for my snail mail, Jay K. did stop the Pro U monthly deducts of $260.00 per month.

Stopping the $260.00 monthly payments had not occurred to me, since I was dealing with the trauma and pain and rehabilitation from my accident.

in five months, Pro U had taken more than a thousand dollars from my credit card.  Jay Kubassek returned only $260.00. This fact does not add up to Andrew Cass’s statement: “This is an organization and a community that values people and relationships first.” Of course Pro U had shared part of that money with Andrew Cass for getting me to give them the $40,000.00.

To this day in May of 2014, neither Jay Kubassek nor Andrew Cass has ever, in any manner, gotten in touch with me and or offered to return the more than $40,000.00 I was not qualified to give them for their BLACK membership PACKAGE in October of 2011.

Following are statements from two other ripoff reports April and December during the year of 2011, same year as my experience.   Andrew Cass took $40,000.00 plus dollars from “Unqualified me” on Oct. 14 of 2011

The following excerpts from two Ripoff reports closely resemble my situation and time frame.

04/16/2011  #718393 Ripoff Report: names Wealth Masters and Carbon Copy Pro. Quotes from this report:

“Their is NO BONAFIDE BUSINESS to learn or create with Carbon Copy [PRO U] …. They teach others how to SCAM from others, and you don't find this out until they have your money and won't return it.”….

“I would like to find others to join forces to file a class action law suit to recover some of the money thousands of us lost with this scam!?”

6 months after the above report, on 10/14, 2011, Andrew Cass and PRO U Ripped me off  when they encouraged me to give them $40,000.00 plus from my savings for the BLACK membership I did not qualify for.

Two months after my ripoff in October, another ripoff report was recorded on Dec. 12, 2011, RipOff report # 808075 and names Pro Elite.  Quotes from this report:

“The other reality...  you have to spend a lot of money to advertise your Pro Elite opportunity." "A lot.”

My remark: I did not know how to advertise because I did not know how to market and therefore, should not have been sold “…The Black package for the $39,995”.

“The entire premise behind these very expensive packages is that you make a large commission selling them to others.” However, I know that the only way you can sell to others is if you already know how to market.

“That's also the problem. How many people, even on the web, are going to shell out anywhere from $10K to $40K? Answer, not that many.”

“I actually knew a couple people who purchased the Pro Elite Black membership package.” Neither of them stayed in longer than 8 months and neither made a dime of profit.

"One of their former vice president's, Jeff Lerner, departed in November 2011. Blogging about his reasons for leaving,

Lerner said,    "Enriching ourselves at the expense of our teams would be to continue to insist that our team should just "hang in there" with the abysmal conversions we'd been getting with the system funnel for the last year, and the continued insistence on teaching people to market replicated funnels (which Google, Facebook, and every other major traffic portal have banned)."

Days later Lerner announced he was joining forces with Wealth Master's International (WMI), which had been paired with PRO Elite (at the time Carbon Copy Pro, CCPRO) before PRO jilted them for David Bach.

An Outright Lie and Extortion Attempt Here

AUTHOR: ajc - ()

POSTED: Friday, August 01, 2014

A $40,000 investment into the PRO U Black membership was an investment made and "paid to" PRO U and David Bach for access to a PRO U retreat and David Bach's PR, branding and business building platform. This was a direct investment into "access" to NY Times best-selling author, David Bach. Any and all complaints would need to be correctly and accurately directed towards this company, PRO U, and David Bach, in which the money was invested with.

Andrew Cass never sold or took any payment whatsoever for any PRO U product nor could he even if he wanted to. Any and all investments into products were paid directly to PRO U and products were selected directly from the PRO U curriculum on their website. Andrew Cass simply answered a few questions about a PRO U product after "he was contacted" by this person and was not in any way involved in this transaction nor did he sell, persuade or alter any decision here.

Andrew Cass himself was a member of PRO U and made the same investment into a PRO U Black membership.

Andrew Cass is not and never was a business coach for PRO U and there was not ever an application process or qualifying process for a Black membership in PRO U. Anyone could participate in any of the PRO U product lines regardless of age, race or gender. There was not anything to "qualify" for and there was no screening or questioning process whatsoever for a Black membership. Andrew Cass never "screened" or "assessed" anyone at any time. These are outright lies to distort this claim and make the reader feel sympathy towards her.

These are outright lies, slander, misrepresentation and clear-as-day distortions of the truth by an individual who is CLEARLY looking to extort money from anyone and everyone she ever spoke with along the way because she simply changed her mind about "her own" investment decision. Not Andrew, nor anyone, persuaded this person to do or invest in anything they did not "choose to" on their own merits. Interestingly, this person does not disclose their name.

If a grown adult decides to invest $60,000 per year into an Ivy League education at Harvard University for example, and then decides they no longer want to attend the classes or participate anymore that year, can they go to Harvard University and try to get a "refund" because they changed their mind? Is the school president and the guidance counselors who simply presented the facts about what the curriculum contained guilty of "misleading this person" and/or "taking their money"?

We all know the answers to the above questions. This is no different.

As mentioned, A $40,000 investment into the PRO U Black membership was an investment made and "paid to" PRO U and David Bach for access to a PRO U retreat and David Bach's PR, branding and business building platform. This was a direct investment into "access" to NY Times best-selling author, David Bach. Any and all complaints would need to be correctly and accurately directed towards this company, PRO U, and David Bach, in which the money was invested with.

Andrew Cass and/or his legal counsel take matters of slander, defamation of character, misrepresentation, false claims and attempted extortion VERY seriously. Andrew Cass has retained legal counsel and will be suing this individual directly for slander, defamation of character, misrepresentation, false claims, and attempted extortion.

He and/or his legal team can be reached directly and is glad to discuss this matter openly in any fashion necessary, anywhere, at any time. His office number is: (305) 359-5986

Thank you for your fair and balanced approach by posting this response for the public to see.
