American West Homes Las Vegas Forcing families to pay with misleading information to keep your money Las Vegas Nevada

Stealing monies from families, I was told I'm going to get approved if i continue paying American West
On Dec 14th 2016, My family and I walked into American West home models (Silverado Ranch) to view a few homes and just feel out and we sat down with "Jackie Lopez" to go over a few homes and pricing and just see if we can get into a home. Jackie contacted their preferred leader Michael Lucchesi (from All Western Mortgage ie: mlucchesi@allwestern.com) which told us everything we wanted to hear and more and wasn't going to be a problem with the loan, 6 months tops.

I am a family with 2 kids, 2 dogs + wife and our dream was just to own a home, we provided Michael all information to make sure this transaction goes through with no hiccups, as we being told everything will be good so we signed and paid "American West" an total $5500 in a span of 4 weeks in a payment plan to make sure we don't lose our lot #120 that we picked. Michael then told us the bad news after a month later he cannot do our loan until 2018 which is fine, just wish we was told this before we started paying American West, I asked American West for our refund of deposits as we didn't do anything wrong other than do what was told which is "pay and sign" so we did just that. We was told that we needed to sign a cancellation agreement so we did. 

If Michael would of did his homework from the start, and told us he wasn't able to do the loan I would of hold back the payments to American West, American West had refund us $2200 and still missing the final $3300, Michael over the phone told us this wouldn't be a problem and in his own words " I will go into bat with you for the refund of your deposit" But now 2 weeks later I yet heard not one bit of information about the remaining balance deposit of $3300, no answer no reply from any of my emails.

Again, my family and I did our part and we like to have our monies back! you have no right to keep money isn't yours and mutating us to think everything is going to be ok just for us to continue paying.

I like to resolve this in a timely manner if not I will take extreme measures publicly and legally
