American Travel Partners, ATP, cleary stated that we were eligible for a complimentary cruise, flights and hotel for attending their seminar. We were told that we would need to pay port fees. The cruise line listed the port fees as $114 for two people.
We were given a folder with instructions to request our complimentary cruise and travel. There was a mailing fee to a secondary company, Travel Promotions.
After a month, we were asked for a $75 activation fee and $439 per person fulfilment fee. The airfare had another $100 fulfillment fee.
I called Travel Promotions and they explained that this was not a complimentary cruise, only a discounted cruise.
The only phone numbers available for ATP are reservations clerks that could not answer questions about sales and promotions.
ATP appears to be a dishonest, misleading company that charges huge fees for complimentary promotions.
