Automatically charged me with no written or signed approval or authorization. When I told them about it so Dwan Bent-Twyford and Bill Twyford could refund, they simply kept promisting to fix it, excuses of being on the road and will send out a refund check when back in the office as no one else in their company had signing authority...

They said they mailed the check...never received it, after many emails and phone calls - it was just a game to stall payment of refunds. Finally after months of this, have to let everyone know how much of a fraud their short sale real estate investing education is as they are certainly not the millionaires they claim to be in their youtube videos, informercials, and websites.

Look for yourself when you search for Bill Twyford or Dwan Bent-Twyford on one of the biggest forums on bigger pockets where others also say on the forum:

'you will not get your money back and that Dwan Bent Twyford'
'Stay away from Dwan Bent Twyford they kinda had a short sale course now they are just scammers, I've got proof'

Here is their scam - No refunds and Complete bait n switch when I signed up for their coaching, Bill Twyford is never available as they are always travelling and pitching their next victims collecting more money before they even deliver on services promised to existing customers.

So you get another coach for $995/month that hasn't even done ONE REAL ESTATE deal so you are teaching them versus them teaching you how to invest in real estate.

They also refuse to give refunds even though they promise that in their sales pitch and websites...that is consumer fraud that Dwan Twyford and Bill Twyford and the Investors Edge University are committing.

Don't get fooled by their sincere looks and NLP tactics when on the stage or a real estate seminar as they are slick snakeoil sales 'folksie' tactics.

I strongly advise if you are considering buying any short sale pre-forclosure education from Bill Twyford or Dwan Twyford (Bent-Twyford) that you consider otherwise.

Just see for yourself on your own research, Dwan Twyford is also on Scams website and on many forums where customers complain of quality of information and they also received NO REFUNDS which again, is consumer fraud.

Dwan Bent Twyford and Bill Twyford | The Investors Edge University don't care about you at all, just about your cash they can get as fast as possible and with deceptive business practices. Now they have a book coming out 'how to sell a house when it's worth less then the mortgage' that I'm sure is full of stolen information from other real successful real estate investors!
