Fort Worth, TexasDespite the addresses I have included in this report, Chad has skipped town. He makes a good personal impression but his 'explanations' are just stories and don't believe a word of it. Prior to committing to anything I did my homework, did background checks, checked references, checked court records and state agencies, and then hired Chad to do some very basic home-remodeling. I gave him a deposit and the work was started. POOR QUALITY OF WORK, he might or might show up when or if he wanted to, unreliable all the way around. We even agreed (quite pleasantly) to walk away from the job where it was, if I could just get a refund of my deposit I am still waiting on the refund which was promised to me in November, 2007, after he got the payment 'from this big job he had'
Don't believe a word of his sob stories. One time it was his brother's cancer, then it was his wife's illness, then it was just--not returning any calls. We even went so far as to file in small claims court and the constables can't find him anywhere in the area. He has skipped town, well and truly.

What a great company
I want to thank you for your report It comes as a shock to me that my company would not give you your money back on a job after the work had started witch you haved expresed in your report. If you were not happy with the work and craftsmanship that is one thing. We always would like to make you happy.Some times that may not be possible. What I do not understand is how is it that the work was started and we are expected to return the sum of your deposit. The cost of the material and labor would not be returned up to that point.

Chad came by this evening with installment payments of the remainder of the deposit. It took a year, but it seems to have finally been resolved.
