Richardson, Texassigned up a year ago and thought I locked in 10 cents per kilowatt hour..my usuage is about 1000 kwh per month...all of a sudden get bill that charges 20 cents..called and they said I only signed up for six months and they had sent me an email explaining...just got last bill and they charged 24 cents!!!!..changed suppliers but that took a month so they charged 24 when you can get 14 anyplace else on month to month basis..that amounts to $100 extra they stuck me with this last bill and $50 the previous bill..went back and checked every email ever received and did not receive the mail they said they sent...how convienent to say 'we sent you mail..don't understand why you didn't receive' ...they essentially said 'tough'
