San Carlos, CaliforniaI ordered and tried Patch Perfect. I am an experienced gardener and I followed the instructions. The product gave no results whatsoever. It was completely ineffective. I did not bother to ask for a refund as I am well aware that this is time consuming and usually results in no refund. I do not attempt to purchase any TV products hawked by Billy May.
