i was treated offensively by a higher lvl player who was a moderator and seemed to be a teenage kid observered by his unintellegent response. he commented that my lvl was to low to be in the area to which he was playing-i happen to be a high lvl ranger not a meleer like him.
i told him he was a 'tard' (retard for short) because he couldnt understand that to level up higher in range you also had to fight higher level monsters just like him as a meleer, that was the only bad thing i said through the short conversation that was remotely bad-'tard'.
he reported me as a moderator and they muted me and add a bad mark to my account.

i couldnt appeal by sending e-mail message to anyone at jagex/Runescape about the offensive nature of this kid to me or even ask them why 'tard' was considered offensive language because really they have no listing of whats consider offensive language other than cursing.
they went to far and they trusted some immature kid to behave like a adult and gave him big whoop tee doo 'moderator status' !!!

i am greatly distressed over their lack to respond to their customers and their speed to over look and ban and mute people without reasonable provocation .to show intented malice towards others and they shouldnt due this anyway. they should segregate adults from the kids to begin with by age groups on the different servers they have.

please someone help me. runescape is a good game but their completely outta control. i have spent lots of time and effort building my character night after night and paid my membership dues month after month. this is totally unfair treatment for any loyal longterm rpg customer
