I went with high hopes of getting my hair braided. After waiting for over an hour for another 'beautician' to arrive, I was then rudely informed that they could not do my hair.
Only excuses and lame reasons were given why they could not do my hair, and none of them made sense. When I left, no apology was given for making me wait over an hour only to be turned down, and no one even said goodbye.
The workers (and owner) are rude and unprofessional and, after I left, I was relieved I didn't contribute to the success of this business.

How were you 'ripped off'?
For whatever reason, they were not able to braid your hair, and they were forthright in telling you so. What about this constitutes a rip off?
It's not like they took your money and then did not provide you with the agreed upon service. Now THAT would have been a rip off.
