I finished all my classroom work as a Medical Administrative Student and was set to go on externship july 14th which I did. The site owner yelled at me and created a hostile working environment for me simple asking a question about an EOB code. After that day he did not come to work for the next 2 days.

I called the school over 3 days wich they never called back. So I went to the school and told the externship coordinator what happened in the presence of a new coodinator. i was told to not go back there and to give her 1 day and she will place me somewhere else. This has not happened after 3 days. She called me and told me that the president said they could do nothing more for me and that I was on my own, and that I have to find my own site within 10 days or they would drop me from the program and I would not graduate after paying them $12, 450.00 in student loans. 2 staffords and 1 sallie mae loan.

I called student services at the cooperate office and he called me back stating that they would meet me half way and I need to give them phone numbers to call. 2 months ago I gave career services 5 business cards from a job fair I attended, and these employers wanted to train me. so I did my part. Nothing happened with these employers.

Me being new in the field I searched the internet and called 12 medical offices of the which 5 wanted nothing to do with the school. I have not heard back from the others, so here I sit with no other options but to try to find a job with no luck as most medical employers want 2-3 years experience which i do not have, i only have 7 months of classroom trainning. I was told and gauranteed full training, and job placement this has not happened.

The instructors do not teach and they are having to teach 3-4 different classes at the same time. I basically had to learn the material on my own . there is alot of drama with upper administration with affairs with students. and attendance numbers have gone down. they recently were auddited. they did not supply paper for the printers nor did they supply the soft ware we needed.

I am A honor roll staus, presidents list, perfect attendance, student ambassador and other awards. I worked very hard at this and got nothing in return. Hopefully my husband can keep working the 100 work weeks to support us and our bills till i can find a lousey minmum wage job!! Please some one help! I want my money back. Other students are also experincing the same problems. Is this fair???
