Company has F rating with BBB and verbally abusive

The experience I had with Clean Dry USA is the worst abusive and victimizing experience in my life. The company was verbally abusive, destroyed my carpets, refused to honor their satisfaction guarantee to give me my money back which is clearly stated in their ad, or come back out and re-clean my carpets. They did nothing to rectify the situation. They use deceptive advertising in their ad. Claims such as: Satisfaction Guarantee Or Your Money Back. Also claiming- No Steam Dry Chemical Only- My floors are sopping wet with water. They state No Gimmicks or Hidden Costs- they used bate and switch after cleaning the carpets and being paid stating that for another $81 they would do a better job and gave a demonstration. The demonstration showed what the carpets should have been cleaned like for the $108 I paid them. They requested payment first and had me and my husband sign a receipt that they claimed they left on my kitchen counter upon leaving my home which they never did. They are also using the BB logo in their advertising when they have an F rating. They had minor children with them helping cleaning the carpets. They state in their ad the carpets will be dry in 1-2 hours upon leaving they said' the carpets will be fully dry in 1 day. They are duplicating the ad of a reputable competitor, Chem Dry, and representing themselves as Chemdry. The staff was rude and unwilling to rectify the situation and hung up on me.
