I sent for the trial offer of there product & canceled within trial period but was still charged. When I canceled the trial membership I told them it wasn't for me I was not going to finish the bottle. I was told everything was canceled & I would not be charged more than the initial $5.95 s&h & if I was to call & it would be corrected. After 30 days I was charged an additional $38.95. When I called & informed them of the charge I was told since I didn't return the bottle I was charged for it. I was not told I would be charged when I canceled & was not given a return #. After informing them I was wrongfully charged I was told that I have to ask specificaly for a return # within the trial period to not be charged. I was also told that when you cancel they don't take it as you want to return the product even when you tell them you're not going to finish the bottle. I asked to talk with a supervisor & was told the only person over the staff was the owner & he wasn't there. When I asked when he was available I was told he's in & out. I asked for his phone # or to leave a message for a call back I was told he dosen't talk to customers. After getting the run around I see why he doesn't return calls. I feel I was riped off since I canceled within my trial period & was told I wouldn't see anymore charges & after trying to clear it up was told since I didn't specificaly ask for a return # after canceling it was my fault. Nice scam because your not charged until it's to late to do anything & they simply play stupid on there end. I would not recommend doing business with these people.
