Trying to find a Teleconverter lens for my new camera I found there website. Ordered the lens made for my camera. I got an email from a rep. who asked me to call him in reference to my order. When I call he informed me that they had a much better lens and would make me a deal, off there (listed price $269.00) $90.00 off.

Being a great deal I ordered the kit he sold me. (Lens and adaptor rings) The next day I logged in and check the order status, It had been placed and shipped. While on the site I surfed around looking for more items for my camera and found the exact same lens for $79.00.

I called the manufacturer and they stated they did not or never have made a High Grade model of this lens. When I called my salesman back he stated I was from a supplier in Asia and the manufacturer was wrong. After a back and fourth with him he stated he would call me back. He did call me back in a short time the same day and admitted the website was in error and in fact it was the same lens on listed for $79.00 and the so call High Grade for $269.00. He also stated they would correct the listing.

They did make it right for me and discounted my order for my trouble. However the reason for this report is they still have the listing for both lenses and I don't want to see someone else get ripped off.
