We purchased a hot tub on ebay through O2 sports Feb.27th. They deposited our check March 7th. Since then, when we have actually been able to speak to someone on the phone, they have given us many excuses.
Now they won't return calls. The owner, Ioni Petrov, is hear in our country on a work visa. This company needs to be stopped. They are just ripping people off, and now they've opened a new company on ebay already.
I've filed with the BBB on line, and am also going to file mail fraud and internet fraud, and possibly small claims court. They can not continue to do this.
This hot tub was for my husband. He lost his leg in an accident and we used what little we had in savings to buy this for therapy for him. Now we don't have the money to buy another one. It makes me sick that they're getting away with this.
Good luck to all of you who are trying to get their money back. Hopefully some kind of justice will be done.
