Placed a magazine subscription in December 2007. As of June 2008, still hadn't received the magazine. The first two times I called I was told they would have to check the fullfillment house and get back to me. No one did. I have sent emails and they do no respond to them. Now when I try to call (numerous times) I get a recording that they are experiencing 'heavy calls' and to call back. It is a joke and a RIP OFF. I have paid for this subscription and cannot get my magazine or cannot even get hold of anyone there.
