I did an offer on July 18, 2008 and chose the jewelry that I saw. The cost was only $9.00. I always read the terms when doing any offers. No where in the terms did it say that this was a membership or that my card would be charged $68.00

I also did not receive the Jewelry until the day after they charged my card. When I called I was very upset. I was told that I had chose to receive jewelry weekly. Who in there right mind would want to received jewelry weekly for $68.00? So I cancelled and I am suppose to be credited back the $68.00 which could take 2 billing cycles however long that is.

Is there anyone who has been credited their money back from this ripoff company. I will be sending back this jewelry that I received today. Warning please do not do any offers. If you can't keep up with the trials or read the fine print, it's a possibility that you will be charged money that you did not intend to spend. I will never do any more offers. There nothing but headaches. What I am very upset about is, I put money into my account to do something else with not knowing that the charges had been made to my account. Please always be in the know.

As far as this company is concern, they talk to you like you did not read the terms. Didn't you see that on the website. I said no, this was an offer and there was nothing to select or mentioned in the terms that statee I was signing up for a membership. Also their website www.shopdani.com has fatal error so you can't access the website it's an offer page. I did however, receive an email cancellation, I don't know how good that is. I feel better when they credit my money back. All $77.00 of it.
