SAPDrill.com On Friday, July 17, 2008 i went online to purchase some SAP HCM training materials. I paid $250 for the materials through Paypal. The web site indicated that I could come and download after making my payment. However, once the payment was completed, I found out that I could not download the stuff I had purchased. On Friday, July 17, 2008, I went online to purchase some SAP HCM materials. I paid $249.00 for the materials through Paypal, though I later found out that the total charged to my account for the transaction is more like $256.00. The idea was for me to download the material as soon as it is paid for. Once I paid, I found out I could not donwload the material; there was no acknowledgement that of payment from SAPDrill - the merchant, only payment confirmation with receipt number from Paypal. I tried to contact SAPDrill on three different occasions. I sent them emails but none was responded to. Now, try to log into the website but cannot. I then contacted Paypal. I tried to file complaint through their Dispute Resolution Center but could not because the system kept asking me for Transaction ID, which I do not have. I only have a receipt number which is********. I sent an email to Paypal and they have responded twice asking me to use their Dispute Resolution Center. I explained that I could not do so because the system keeps asking for Transaction ID which I do not have.
Account ID: Paypal Receipt #4***********. I cannot even reach the web site anymore!!!
