I wanted to take a minute and share my experience in buying a vehicle at Dennis Dillon 3.5 years ago. I purchased a vehicle and was given an opportunity for a cash back bonus from Cash Rewards after 3 years. The salesman assured me that if I got the paperwork in and was approved that I would be paid. Well, it has been 3 years, I sent in all the appropriate paperwork in December. I was told that I would have an answer in 30-60 days. I got the run around until about day 150. The third party administrator had approved my request for the cash back bonus and submitted the paperwork for payout to Cash Rewards. They gave me a number to reach Cash Rewards to find out when I would have a check cut. A very nice lady over at Cash Rewards explained to me that I have been approved for the check, however, the people that promoted the 'Reward' at Dennis Dillon had not paid any money into the fund so no customers can receive payout at this time. Now I've been told by the third party administrator and Cash Rewards to go after the 'Sponsor' Dennis Dillon.

It has been 8 months now and still no check that was promised to me by your sales team when I purchased my vehicle. I was told that as long as I got my paperwork in on the 3 year date and was approved, I would get my money. This is such a disappointment and one that I will share with everyone I know. Whether it is the fault of your dealership or not, it is a reflection of the type of business you run. In this tight economy every dollar counts, but more importantly, integrity and good values will help business' fight through these difficult times. Dennis Dillon has proven to lack both of these qualities.
