I bought a laser hair comb for my hair loss from www.hairrejuvenator.com for $ 499 USD which was delivered to me on April 11, 2008. According to them you can extend the money back guarantee to another 14 weeks after you have used their product for 13-14 weeks. You can call them or e-mail them to extend the 14 weeks money back guarantee period. Guess what? They never pick that phone neither they reply to your e-mails. I at least 50 time called them they picked up the phone and replied my e-mails just once. Their e-mails say that my 14 week period has expired by just 3 days. Which I don't understand how? When I already e-mailed them on the 13 week and called at least 20 times which they never picked up. Now I have e-mail them of course after unsuccessful attempt of calling them, hoping to get some positive response. One more thing I noticed on their website which is that when I bought their product there was no restocking charge and then when I checked it last time it was 15 % and its 18% now. Which means they are keep on increasing the restocking charges. I don't know how to deal with these people.
