North, AlabamaMy bank account was charged 16.65 on July 21st by Betamax VOIP CR. I have never used this service, nor do I know what they are. There was an earlier charge of $0.50 as well. I called my bank and it will be 10 days before I know the resolution. In the mean time, I have been forced to cancel my debit card. From reading other information posted on this site, this situation appears to be a recurring theme.
