Accounts Recovery Corporation I WAS CONTACTED ON A REGULAR BASIS AT WORK BY A REPRESENTATIVE OF ARC BY THE NAME OF MIKE SMITH. THE FIRST TIME I WAS THREATENED BY LEGAL ACTION AND WAS TOLD THE PAPER WORK WAS ON THE SECRETARYS DESK READY TO FILE THAT DAY. DAYTON Ohio

DAYTON, OhioEalier this year i was contacted by a representative of arc in dayton. His name was Mike Smith. Mr Smith told me he was collecting a debt for Sutton Plumbing and that i owed 300.00. I told Mike Smith that i didnt have any money to spare,that i could hardly get by now.
Mr Smith said that i should know better, that someone my age should be more responsible. He said that if i sent 100.00 right away that he would stop the legal process.
I have never been in this situation before and i only imagined the worst, so i sent the 100.00 to a P.O. BOX against my better judjement.
I recieved other calls threatening to garnishee my wages. I still didnt have the money,but i was willing to do about anything to avoid the embarrassment. The last call i recieved was today 07/24/08 and once again i explained i have no money to send. Mr Smith said they would be forced to take legal action and garnishee my wages. Out of frustration and no money i said ' go ahead and do what you have to do.' Mr Smiths reply was ' arent you something' and abruptly hung up.
