Deridder, LouisianaIt took 3 weeks and numerous phone calls just to receive the product. When I did, it was received in poor condition. I sent an email with pictures and received no response. I had to call periodically throughout the day (they don't let you leave a message and they don't really answer their phone). Finally, I get a hold of someone who said they were sending out a whole new body. They would give me a tracking number probably by the end of the day. They would not refund my money instead so I had to continue working with them. I never received the parts, I have sent numerous emails and tried to call but can't get a hold of anyone.
In addition, in only month's time the carburetor on the 4 wheeler isn't working (it leaks out all of it's gas). This item has a 3 year warranty but I figured since they wouldn't honor the other problem (with parts they never sent) and I can't get a hold of them I can't get them to take care of that either. It appears from the bbb that they have several unresolved complaints for the same type of items.

I send a rebuttal to every report I see on this loser!
This guy has no place in business and is nothing more than a SMUCK! He is selling this stuff out of his tiny second hand shop! There is NO POWERSPORTS STORE!!!
OLSON POWERSPORTS is a 'BS' with finese! Lying is his middle name! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOSER AS YOU CAN!!!!!
I purchased a utility 4 wheeler for my grandaughter from this smuck who's only intrest was getting my credit card number! Told the 4 wheeler was sitting right in front of him and would be shipped that afternoon. What a joke!
Three weeks later I called the New Braunsfel, TX police department to deal with him! Told they get numerous complaints weekly, the guy only has a very small second hand shop selling junk, (NO POWERSPORTS FACILITY), and they have dealt with him in the past! I told the officer--the 4 wheeler, a credit card credit, or arrest him and I would come there to deal with him! Needless to say, my four wheeler got shipped that day! However, it came unassembled, wrong color, and missing parts! We made the best with what we had to deal with and I tell everyone to STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS GUY AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE!!! AND IF FOR SOME REASON YOUR HUNG OUT LIKE THE REST OF US WERE----- WITHOUT HESITATION, CALL THE NEW BRAUNSFEL POLICE AND LET THEM DO YOUR DEALING!!!! SOONER OR LATER THEY WILL GET SICK OF IT ALL AND PUT HIS A** IN JAIL WHERE HE BELONGS!!

Sorry about the long ship times but due to gas prices soaring, it seems that everyone in the country wants to save $ on gas. The same warehouses that ship the atvs, also ship these street legal units. With the high demand for scooters, it has led to increased shipping and processing times in our industry.
We answer phones as they ring, and assure you that all messages are responded to in the order that they come in, and all within 24 business hours. We are actually not a catalog sales co, we do have a retail location. We also own a consignment furniture biz. Shouldnt be anything wrong with that.
We dont ship from our retail store, which is where our phones are answered, we ship from warehouses across the country, whichever is closest to you. So it seems there are holes in your story about 'having the atv in front of me and shipping that afternoon.' Also, all atvs, come partially unassembled, you have to put on the tires, handlebars, etc. and if any customer is missing parts, they call us and we ship them. We wouldnt be in our 6th year of business if we were in the biz of ripping folks off.
Also, our warranty is for 2 years - not 3. (yet.......we are thinking of extending it because we have very few warranty issues.)
