Cambridge, MassachusettsTHEY SELL SIM CARDS AND REFURBISHED CELLS TO INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS AND OTHER SUCH: STUDENTS, BUSINESS FOLKS. THEIR NETWORK IS BASED IN LICHENSTEIN, THE COMPANY'S BASE ITSELF IS IN MELBOURNE AUSTRALIA.
THEY HAVE NO CREDIBILITY AND ONLY APPEAR TO DO SO.
THEY ALSO GET, OUT OF100 CALLS, 60% OF COMPLAINTS FOR SOMETHING OR ANOTHER NOT FUNCTIONING RIGHT.THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED AND PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.
IF YOU SAW THE LATEST REPORT ON LICHENSTEIN AND CERTAIN COMPANIES HAVING ACCOUNTS-SECRET ACCOUNTS SET UP THERE SO TO AVOID THE IRS AND CERTAIN OTHER TAX PAYMENTS, THEY SHOULD BE ON THE LIST, OR AT LEAST HAVE THEIR FINANCES AND RECORDS LOOKED DEEPER INTO.

This Rip Off report that has been filed does not comply with the Rip Off Report standards
This was posted by a terminated employee. This employee also filed a grievance with Mass DOE and others. This employee was terminated for several reasons including theft and tardiness on 21 occasions in a span of less than 6 months. The company and it's officers were not found negligent in any case or with any basis. Those are the facts and they are indisputable.
Regarding this report, it contains rumor (that we do not care, we only care about the money), speculation (that we are avoiding taxes by using products purchased in Lichtenstein) and innuendo (that we have no credibility) all of which are against the Rip Off reports terms of service as well as it contains statements that are not true. The complaints that most mobile service providers face are user error. I know that not only eKit, but the employees that currently work for eKit care about the service that is provided and the overall safety, security and convenience that having utilized an eKit product in order to stay in touch has made their customers overseas travel experience safe.
Unfortunately I no longer work for the company but I can attest as can many others that the system works very well and that this employee is not only disgruntled but also insists on retribution in the form of slander and false statements like what you have read.
In my opinion this ex employee should provide the facts of her termination, the outcome of her multiple attempts to seek judgment and compensation against the company and others should rely upon these facts when presented by this employee if and when they are posted.
Anything other than that is baseless, heresay, innuendo and specualtion which is against the Rip Off Reports terms and conditions.

THEY HAVE THE GUTS:
to question my opinion and direct observation and thoughts. Some corporations in this country really do think that they can get away with anything. If anything i can pull from the notes i took while i was there a lawyer actually from Florida, calling me or being transferred to me at least 4 times on the same day, asking to get reimbursed his money for a defective piece he had been complaining about.
I recall in one or two occasions, this guy Sergio, a tech manager, asking me to not pay the complaint and customer's issues such heavy mind. I also recall thinking, but...If this is not what being a customer service representative is about, what is?
So, no guys. Think again. I already have a personal lawsuit filed against you folks, because of fabricated lies you've used against me; all built up from two personal incidents directed at me, and ones i complained about on email and in person (i have email copies to show the court when time comes) and probably because your customers liked the job i did for them; trying to help sort things out, the requests i got and compliments i received-so much that you terminated me by way of retaliation while allowing someone you've encouraged and protected to create the situation for you; some young girl who you knew well was not a match for the position and had received many complaints before for being unprofessional, some ex-employee of yours now (go figure) who was also very envious of my customer service abilities, my free personable appeal and reach to the customers and other things irrelevant to this rebuttal here-2nd rip-off note on here.
Your Lead Company Resolution Person in Melbourne Australia, Mr Steven Searles also is to be held responsible for lying to me ( i do have my neighbor as a witness to a call and conversation with the man in Australia), when my issues needed the most resolution and fixture. But, of course this here is about the business ethics i observed, for which i freely can and will if necessary testify to as best as i recall them for the period i was working for Ekit.com. The intent here is mainly to keep unsuspecting folks and consumers to beware, and be on the lookout for this company external and somewhat internal (for which i make the best witness with 10 other employees fired in 2-4 weeks) ethical record should they find themselves doing business with Ekit.com or and wanting to do or pursue business with Ekit.com (formerly Ekorp.com, based in Melbourne with an office in the seaport area of Boston MA).
I am hoping that others will write on this board without hesitation and bring this company to recognize their faults and maybe even perhaps correct their business ethics.
