Souderton, PennsylvaniaI signed up from an infomercial for the magicjack and I ordered two. They said no money would be taken out for thirty days. The money was immediately taken out and when I went to call there was no number. So I talked to them through the email and they would lie and say they would return the money to my account in 24 to 48 hours which they never did. Then they said they would email me when they had a confirmation on the money going back into my account they never did that either.
I have contacted them four times each time taking about one hour each. I sent the magicjack back without opening it and I still have not gotten my money back. I called Clark Howard and left the complaint with them and also put a call into1 800pabanks, and www.floridalegal.com and I am planning to call our local television station and put it on there consumer reports segment.
