Miramar, FloridaI had to travel to South America and took my T-Mobile phone along... what a huge mistake...! I did not answer any calls, however I was surprised by a huge bill when I came back from calls received by my mailbox.... I was charges $300.00 plus because of received calls on my mailbox....!
I have called several times, and they are obviblious to the fact that I did not use my phone at all, that the mailbox service is a service without charges and that this is completely unfair...!
I had to pay the bill and I have tried to get a name to send a formal complain, but that is information that is not 'public information' .... I have to talk to a supervisor... that is like a robot.... and that only know to respond with 'I don't know what else to say... that is how it works..' or 'Is in your contract...' Isn't that BULL...????
This is a Company that I do not TRUST, that I do not want to have any Contract with... and that I do not recomend anybody out there to o into business with....
