Just pay a one-time fee of $1.95.
one month later I get a credit card charge of $ 99 from WEBOFFER-V. The dispute shows no company information, just WEBOFFER-V with article description WEBOFFER-V. no contact information. The website where I ordered disappeared after redirecting to a 'SECURETRANSACTIONMANAGER.COM' website.
No other web site or telephone numbers are provided. The received CD contains a viewer with some pages - how to make money with youtupe. No further information about cancelation
A few days later I received an additional charge on my credit card about $49.95, again from WEBOFFER-V. Dispute shows this time a company in Scottsdale, AZ - E Synergy Media, LLC. Dispute shows this is a monthly charge, because client has no canceled.
Have no idea what service I actually receive...
No phone number, address (physical or web) was provided, no email ever received. other provided number in the dispute: 888-255-0848 is always in holiday, never get a person to talk to.
NOTICE: from my understanding, this report has nothing to do with Google or YouTube.
