Possible Help with a Refund....
OK well I checked out this chick's site and if you go to her 'Terms of Use & Service' at the very bottom, read through it and notice that it is a template and no where does it state their/her company name. It simply says 'company' on every spot where they should of filled in their name. This means that they are NOT free from any resulting liabilities. They will NOT be able to use this as a court document because it could be from ANY company in the US. This means that if you downloaded any software from them, you can say that it fried your mother board and it's their fault...Of course this will be the last result if you have to take them to court.
