Initially, Vipin Singh approached me, suggesting a job offer, as answer to my work situation. The position offered was as Director of Design Services for MyTypes.com and Xoompad.com. this occurring on December 2006, with the promise of being hired on the following year. I work with the company until June 2007.
During this time, I was promised raises, stock options, and a formidable success. I am one of many persons he has taken advantage of. I designed the mytypes.com and several blog templates he is currently using and making money from. To this date he owes me a total of $1,496 from the last pay period I work in the company.
While working with Vipin Singh, there were several contractors he refused to pay and some my coworkers are still waiting for their pay. While attempting to collect the money he owes, he has continued to make false promises. He has been hiding under the statement of waiting to sell some property. He has been using this story for as long as Ive known him, about two years.
He promised several payment dates, but the results were the same. He even made me a job offer a month after he laid off, for half the salary I used to be paid, while he still had a debt with me.
When I left Mytypes, he mentioned the company would not be able to pay me the last two pay periods. During the following weeks he harassed me for not contributing to the fraudulent acts he suggested. I was accused by him of taking advantage of our coworkers, basing this on me, accepting their to help me move within the city.
I exchanged text messages with him recently, after waiting for several months. He again continued with false accusations, blaming me of the failure of the company. Treating if I contacted him again, he will delay the payment even more. Its been 7 months now. And of course he mentioned the company was doing well.
He is currently in Hawaii, looking for more people to scam. The following are links to his profile and current blogs:

While Vipin Singh, as CEO of the company, would spam the competition and copy designs form other platforms. Every single project he micromanaged was based on copying the exact layouts from other sites. This is not more than the tip of the iceberg. He applied the same philosophy to all contractors he came across, steal the idea and underpay for the development. When I started working for him, the previous designers where still retaining the master files for all designs. I should have taken that as a sign.

This report by Paul is completely malicious and mostly false, and many provable lies by Paul Vogelwede. I am not going to partake in any attacks, as he is totally false in thing such as I am in Hawaii. He actually says he is in Seattle in the post above he is not, he is in San Francisco. I am in Seattle, and I blogged about wanting to be in Hawaii, but Paul has been falst once again about many things. But who is counting:-(..
Where Paul is accurate, we owe him and some other contractors money. Yes, the company had hard times, and things are getting better. In fact, we made 25% of the total payments to Jacqueline in December, and 2 other contractors. One is 50% paid, and we continue to pay off all people.
In my recent communication with Paul, Paul attacked and used disgusting insults, while I told him be nice or you will be the last to get paid. Jacqueline in the complaint filed above never lied, she just misunderstood. Paul has lied and is totally falst, he was friend, he begged me for a job, and I had fired him once for bad attitude. And he begged for a job, I told him we only hire contractors because we are small startup, and were completely week to week and month to month. Paul has been malicious and abusive enough that we considered getting a restraining order against him.
So what is net net, all of our contractors will be paid soon, as our business is starting to get better. Paul will be the last to get paid, as he has been the most abusive and harassing. We went through really hard times and are coming out of them, thanks to hard work and blessings.

In our recent conversations Vipin Singh refused to pay any debt, he did not acknowledge any promises he did in the past. I have written proof of what he calls insults and harassment. I also have all documentation where he expresses the he would not pay me.
The designs I created for him are in use, one even on his personal blog. I was mentioned by him recently, that the company is doing better; he will not pay me, because of approaching him at all. It has been months and he has not made any arrangements or shown the intent of paying.
Regarding Hawaii, I called his house and his own wife said Vipin is in Hawaii. I have a recording of the conversation as well.
The bottom line is if you don't have the money to pay your employees/contractors, don't make false agreements or keep hiring people.
Regardless of the back and forth commentary, Vipin Singh still owes me $1,496 for the services I provided.
