Seminole, TexasI Signed up on UseNext.com to try to get some help fixin my computer. It said it was free to sign up, though it wanted credit card information. I gave them the information (my mistake) and they started trying to take money out of my bank-account. Put my bank account in the 'negative' zone. I went back to UseNext.com and cancelled my account. I have no idea if this will help or not.
I seriously doubt it. I will most likely have to close my bank account and start another one. When I typed in the phone number that appeared on my bank account for this transaction, it took me to this page here about checkgateway.com so I assume there is a connection of some sort. I use the service
First it's file sharing not computer repair! maybe? you were after some of software thats not suppose to be there. 2nd it's a free trail after 1 week it's states you will be charged, if you want to keep using the service. ounce a month. it's stated this at the site. and in the 3 page e-mail you get. with log in codes, FAQ, I had contacted them
during my trial because my credit card had an 4.95 charge. but this was to make sure
you have the money. and the charge was pending not posted. and they send me two e-mail every month saying your account will be charged in 10 days then again at 3 days. and they give options on smaller ,larger or canceling your plan. in the e-mails. go to the site everything is on the front page.. I had to write this. I hate when people
don't read stuff and just assume things or wanted to get even? when there service got canceled because they had NO money in the bank!!!
