We ordered a 'free' credit report in November 2005. We called to cancel on 12/10/05. They found us fine and said it would be cancelled (this was after waiting 43 minutes for a live person). We just checked and found they are still charging our account. We called tonight and they said they couldnt find our account. I assured them they were taking the money out. They continued to deny we were clients. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the clerk miracously found us. She said she showed no signs of us cancelling. They said they will cancel it.

I will see next statement, I bet they still didn't cancel. There are over 4000 complaints on the internet and BBB for this company. Don't do it.
