We bought timeshare located in Palm Springs, at the time of purchase it was stated if we don't want it any more we can sell it any time, in the mean time all these companies promised us list with them and it should be sold in six months.

One company took our $495 three years ago, just forgotten, and TIMESHARE by owner sound so good, I listed with them in March 2000, In the mean time I puted an ad internet. All kind of companies calles me to sell it to them if I pay a inspection or appraisal fee up front, the man got quite nasty with me when I question him regarding why he is charging me this fee.
I just want to sell the time share at a lost, so I don't have to pay almost $300 of maintaince fee every year.
Please help me
