During the onsite interview Mr. Pitts was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Pitts stated, "to the best of my knowledge, we don't really have complaints per say. I mean you know 35-40% of our business is referral and repeat business. We wouldn't be getting that business if we didn't perform the way that we are supposed to perform. Our job is to perform more than the client is asking for and give them more than we have promised. As long as we do that the clients are happy. Every once in a while someone will be unhappy about something. Usually because they didn't understand something before they started, and in those cases we will, you know, if they're unhappy we refund their money and we refund it that day." Mr. Pitts believes that their proactive approach to customer service has lead to an overall positive response from the customers, "to the best of my knowledge we've never had anybody that was not happy with the results at the end of the day.”

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Pitts believes that the comments posted on Ripoff Reports website were falsely directed towards Wyoming Corporate Services. Mr. Pitts further explained by stating, "there isn't any any thing against Wyoming Corporate Services. There is somebody that said in an article written 3 or 4 years ago on clients or people that started businesses that ended up doing something wrong with the business, or bad with the business. The fact that somebody's done something bad with a business that they started I don't think that we can be held responsible for somebody's actions after they have started a business." Mr. Pitts went into greater detail to express this concern, "what we do for a client after they start a business is we provide what's required by the state of Wyoming, which is called a registered agent service. That's where the people come in, walk in, and serve paperwork on a company and have a place to do that. We are that that company. We accept due process. It's required by the state of Wyoming and we also forward any information that the state of Wyoming wants to get to a client as part of being a registered agent for that client. A registered agent is a point of service. For legal process. And as such, sometimes our name will get put out there, as it did in this news article...people have the wrong idea of what a registered agent is where they think we have something to do with business. We have nothing to do with the business...It's just our job to accept due process that's what a registered agent is. People have misconceptions about what that is and that's really the only time our name really gets drug out there." Mr. Pitts went on to further assure future clients with the positive reputation that Wyoming Corporate Services has obtained, "we've been in business over 13 years. And we've been with the Better Business Bureau for probably ten of those 13 years. In that period of time we have never had one complaint from a client and right now we don't have any complaints on any social media that I am aware of.”
